The room was gigantic! Noritake bone china, skincare line to die for! A little bit outdated - but it has its own charm.

The rooms and the bathroom were very spacious and luxurious, with many vanities.The staff was very friendly and polite.The location is perfect for families who want to visit Disneyland. The corridors outside of the rooms were a bit old and “tired” and there was a smell of humidity maybe because they were not well air freshened.

2 minutes walk to Disney resort line station, which means 7-10 minutes to the parks. Very big room and amazing bathroom. Comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Very friendly staff. Great crib for the baby already in the room, together with a delivery that they kindly received for me before my arrival. Good groceries store and Disney store with a few of the exclusive products we find only in the parks. Blackout curtains could be better. Room got very light too early in the morning.

Beds are hard compared to most US beds, and the property is a bit worn. However, the restaurants are decent and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Can't beat the location!

Fantastic stay, great location, and excellent rooms! This was our second time staying here, and Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay never disappoints! They gave us a free room upgrade—the original room was already big, but the new one was huge and exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the large TV with YouTube support was a nice modern touch. The free transfer bus to the train station and Disney Resort Line made getting around effortless for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Free shuttle to Disney parks. The shuttle picks you up at the hotel and drops off at Disney station, from there it's about a 7-10 min walk to the parks, if you want to save a couple bucks since the Disney rail is around 300 yen to drop you off at the Disney parks. The hotel has plenty of amenities and things to do inside the hotel. There's a drug store inside, a small disney store, cafe, and restaurants as well. The rooms are pretty big compared to others, and if you opt for the Japanese style room you may also get a free reservation to their private bath. The bed was a little too hard for our liking but they were huge, which made up for it.
