The free shuttle service to Disneyland, the kindness of the staff, almost everyone speaks and understanding English and the neighborhood are the top four things we like about this hotel. Walking distance to ocean side walk, parks, shopping centers and markets. We wish to visit again next year. The breakfast and food in general a bit expensive if you calculate the prices in Japan for food. We ate once at the hotel breakfast, later found really nice local affordable cafes around the hotel. There are also picnic areas, a mall and several grocery markets if you wish have a picnic with a view.

Exceptionally comfortable clean and well maintained hotel. Shuttle bus makes getting to local station easy and reliable. Close to Disney and plenty of food outlets nearby. Night staff did not answer phone regarding a noise complaint after hours.

No free bus shuttle to the airport (Hnd)

It had large rooms and coin laundry with dryer on every floor. The dryer wasn’t great though and you had to put clothes for at least three cycles of 20 minutes each and they still were a bit damp when they came out. Shuttle bus service straight to the parks was perfect. The staff doesn’t speak english properly - and they were not that customer friendly at the reception. Professional yes. But I can tell the difference between being customer friendly and just “doing the job”. Also the hotel is really far compared to other hotels

Nice people Nothing

Good breakfast, good sized beds, comfy rooms and ac. Less convenient location but it was perfect for our disney experience.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, our family enjoy the food and the service. The room is clean and our seven year old daughter felt so special everytime she'll come back to the hotel and find another goody bag for her. Thank you! In the middle of having my breakfast, I had a tummy ache that I never had in my life. Severe stomachache, felt nauseous, hands starting to sweat, face turned white, body felt weak and almost fainted. I really enjoyed the food and how scrumptious they are specially the salmon. I think its because of my jet-lagged, exhaustion or not used to eating such heavy, fatty protein—especially it's my very first day abroad—it easily trigger my indigestion, acid reflux, or light nausea. I also used the washing machines for my soiled clothes, the washer works perfectly however, I have to dry my clothes twice to fully dry.

Roof top was closed everyday. Only experienced one day. they only opened late 5pm. Garden was a small area. Didn’t bother

EVERYTHING AMAZING SERVICE /

Requested some items from room service but don’t receive it. The breakfast omelet was too small. Most things on the breakfast menu were too small.

It would be nice if they provided face wash with the amenities. They have everything else but I wasn't able to wash my face the first day because I had thought they would provide it in the room and there wasn't any.
