The courtesy shuttle and information for bus limousines I'm not sure. I wish they had free drinks all day at least.

The room was reasonably priced. The breakfast was nice and they seemed to handle the crowd of people well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle bus was dependable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a small mall with a food court about a 10 minute walk away if you need it and on our last day before leaving I enjoyed a run and walk along the seawall. There is a Lawsons on site. The hotel was easy to get to from Haneda Airport. There is a limousine bus that departs regularly. You take the bus to the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay and then walk to the next hotel over. NA

Very convenient location with LAWSON attached. We used the laundry room after 2 days at Disneyland. Used the free shuttle as well! The room was SO clean and provided all the accommodations such as fridge and microwave and even travel toothbrushes. Beds were comfy and spacious. And best of all the STAFF was so friendly and helpful. We transferred luggage to Osaka and they were super helpful with the process. Highly recommend staying here! The tiny trash cans. Definitely could go bigger.

Our primary reason for choosing this hotel was the close proximity to Disneyland and Disneysea. This hotel was wonderful for our group of 14 with 5 rooms. They were able to put us in adjacent rooms. The rooms were spacious and offered good storage and amenities. Full size bath products, a shoe dryer (which came in handy after day long rain at on of the parks), in room microwave and larger than normal hotel refrigerator with separate freezer. Lawson's Convenient Store is located in the lobby and open 24 hours a day. The free park shuttle runs all day long. The breakfast was okay but they don't change it up enough if you are staying for a while. We stayed 6 days.

We stayed at Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay while we visited the Disney theme parks, the free shuttle and luggage storage was very convenient for our family of 6.

Staff is very friendly, room and cleaning service were tidy. Hotel is located very far from the rest of Tokyo, long bus rides and train rides necessary to commute to the center of the city.

Most impressive was how helpful staff at the front desk was. Although it was lacking for me, the breakfast had a lot to choose from, and had a fun set up for the kids. Complementary coffee/tea/water until midnight was welcomed and often used. It was also nice to receive clean towel left on the door when I didn’t need the room serviced. The breakfast stated it served Western style too but barely. More would have been nice since that was advertised. Eggs/bacon are prepared differently so those weren’t consumed. Fruit, cereal, bagels, and/or yogurt would have been appreciated since the price was not worth what I could actually eat. And the gym needs weights. It only had 3 old cardio machines.

Breakfast was great! Free shuttle bus to Disney. Getting to the hotel from the city was a train, sometimes two, and then a bus.

Free shuttle to Disney. Breakfast was nice. A little kid friendly more than expected. Very lacking proteins on buffet. No fruits except orange and grapefruit. Was only breakfast available. Had to order pizza delivered for late arrival besides Lawson microwave
