The room was a little tight, the lack of storage space for luggage.

Great hotel for visiting Disney and DisneySea, very functional and efficient. The "welcome lounge" was great for the kids. One of the days our room was not clean (no trash collection, not towel change, etc). We left early in the morning and came back end of day and did not leave the do not disturb. We ask recepetion about it, they promised to check, but never came back to us.

Clean, room was sufficient to my guest needs. Everyone was happy. The restaurant for breakfast was very nice, Lawson in the hotel was a great advantage, and it was right across from shin urayasu train station. Chinese restaurant

The train station and restaurants/Aeon mall were across the street making the location great. By car, 20 minute commute from Haneda. Disney shuttle that was offered was great. 24 hour Lawson’s on site and ground level parking. Hotel receptionist staff were friendly and helpful. despite the room temp being set to 18°C, it was so uncomfortable and hot, even while sleeping in tshirt and shorts. Bed and pillows were decent size but also not super comfortable but the comforter was nice… although it was too hot to comfortably lay under it. There went enough outlets in the room to charge all devices at once if you didn’t have a C cable to adapt into the wall. House keeping never made the bed, despite someone being in the room and asking them to and they also left the trash.

The amenities were a nice touch. The shuttle to/from Disney was a deciding factor for us. Four beds was amazing!!

Good breakfast buffet. Kind and helpful staff. Lawson store in lobby. Co located with rail station Co located with aeon mall. 1 stop from tokyo disneyland. Airport limousine stop at hotel. Shin uruyasu is a very mello area. Having to leave.

The room was spacious for the 4 of us adults and a baby. It was on a great location to Disney and great location to stores, train, and food. To include there were restaurants on the property as well as a store. I would stay here again

Loved the room type on the 12th floor, the amenities room, the free candy, snacks and beverage station was outstanding! Im a smoker and the access to smoking room was blocked off, not sure what time they closed it.

Oriental Hotel was the perfect base to visit Disney Sea! As a hotel it is just so much fun for the kids, they loved the cotton candy machine, ice creams and candy, and as adults we loved the drinks in the lobby, all free. Extra amenities were freely available in a staffed area, and there are washers and driers that didn't require coins, just a card! The breakfast and dinner buffets were very very good - there was shaved ice! The beds were comfortable enough, a little hard but not like a hostel in Europe hard. The standout for me was the courtesy shuttle to Disney Sea that leaves from the hotel every 15 minutes or so. It was comfortable, air conditioned and just so nice after all the train-catching we had done. Over the road there is a great mall with lots of fun things to buy too. The staff at the hotel were friendly and kind, and did an excellent job! My only tiny concern was that there is no luggage porter. I had my luggage sent via Ta-Q-Bin to the hotel and that I had to take it all up to the 7th floor myself. They gave me a luggage trolley but I found it quite difficult pushing 3 giant suitcases for our family of four (I had sent them to dinner without realising there was no porter). The hotel is very big so I understand why, and I certainly would not want the staff to hurt themselves, but I wish I had known this ahead of time so my husband and I could have taken the luggage up together. I think the hotel should let people know at booking that they have to take their luggage to the room themselves.
