Staff is friendly the facility is kept clean and if you are taking a trip to Disney is about 30 mins on train. Everything else was close by 7/11, McDonald’s etc….

Near to the bus stop and train station. Good breakfast. Provided fresh towels and nightrobes everyday. It would be better if the staff could communicate more in English. Also, to have more variety for breakfast which could start earlier and end later like other hotels (6-10 am vs. the current 7-9 am only).

Nice hotel for the value. Staff was very helpful and professional. Hotel is close to Tokyo Disneyland( one train station away and 25 to 30 minute bus ride to Disney Resort) Hotel was a little outdated.

Biggest bathroom in Japan. We stayed in a family room with all amenities, they had ice and teamaking facilities downstairs and I requested a kettle. It was 2 minutes walk from the Urayasu metro station on the Tozai line from Tokyo station and there were lots of local restaurants and shops. Older style but very clean and a very generous Japanese breakfast. Nothing.

Breakfast was tasty & good selection however they still insist on following COVID protocol (take wrist temperature upon entry, sanitize, wear disposable gloves & have food behind a clear, shortened, shower curtain). When I asked desk staff to call a taxi for me, I was told that it would take time & cost extra. I was advised to hump our luggage across the street & flag-down a taxi. Business hotels customarily have hard beds but the beds here were the hardest I’ve ever slept on. It’s a 30 y/o hotel that still uses keys & shows wear & tear. BTW, if you’ve never slept in a nightshirt (provided) & want to, stay here.

Breakfast was great. They had fresh coffee and croissants. Buffet style. The bus stop was 1 minute walk to the Hotel. I thought it was closer to Disneyland Tokyo. It was 26 minute ride by bus. After enjoying the park, we were so tired. We took a taxi instead. It was 15 minute ride.

10/10 for their breakfast provided as package. Good food and good service too. The hotel look old and confirmed that when you check-in to room. The bed is old and torn. However it's compliment with their cleanliness and the hospitality of their staff.
