The breakfast is bread and toast and orange juice, this is good to get the day started. There is a 7/11 around the corner so its perfect. The staff are super friendly. Parking is very close and not expensive at all. Its about a 15 or so minute drive to Disneyworld. The pricing was great! I was even to ship items I didnt want to carry on the plane to my home in Japan, from the Hotel! This may be my own fault for not paying attention. The rooms, or at least the room I picked is very small. I went with a group of 4. My wife and I and our 2 small kids 6 and 4 years old. We put the 2 twin size beds together and slept this way. Aside from the small size of the room, which may be my own fault, everything was great. If they had or have bigger rooms I would go again!

Good staff, took our bags to our room and explained everything. You could see mold covered the caulking, walls peeling, paint chipped on tub sink. Stains on lamp covers. The bed was 2 singles wrapped together.

Great location and nice staff. The property is a bit worn. Wallpaper was torn in places and the appliances were pretty old.

Bed is smelly.room floor is sticky dirty. I never see like dirty three star hotel in japan. For this price other three star hotel i will choose. Never stay again

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit on the small side, just a bed (room enough for the 4 of us,2 adults and 2 kids...9 & 6 year old) the ensuite was small but anything worked. We only used it for sleeping, so it was fine. The breakfast was adequate, toast and sweet rolls plus egg mayo and jams. Also, coffees and juice. It's a 3-5 min walk to the station Would I stay here again.....yes.

Provided free breakfast daily. Old fashioned access room and not very clean- location was a bit far from the station comparing to other 4x hotels we stayed. Over priced room- 4 stars hotel charged less than this one.

Go to dysney sea only 15 min by bus. Near arayasu station , cross the street and go through Lawson just straight walk 3 min . The staff very friendly

The property is clean and has accomodating & friendly staff. The Indian guy in front desk was so helpful and polite same with Japanese staff named Kenjie. He was so friendly to kids and very warm. Also, the hotel is just 7-8 minutes from Disneyland and Disneyland which will cost you around ¥1,900-¥2,500 one way. The room is bit small and lacks of storage for personal stuff.
