The location was very convenient because there was a Lawson and it was close to Disney and Ikspiari.

Looks very new They tried to charge me 4000 yen for one of my children saying only 2 where included when clearly it said 3 on the reservation. I think they do this commonly to guest and as a way to make more money in a shady way. They are probably cheating booking and other platforms out of there comision this way. Very bad business

My experience was above and beyond excellent. The hotel was so beautiful and clean such a family friendly place near Disneyland and DisneySea with a shuttle bus every 15 minutes. Breakfast is so good and has so many options. Just an amazing experience! Honestly I cannot say I disliked anything cause everything was amazing

The hotel is beautifully designed inside and out. The shuttle service is well organized, and the rooms are impeccably clean with thoughtful design. Highly recommended. About everything.

The warm greeting and hospitality was overwhelming. I stayed with my family consisting of 8 people, and we could NOT be more comfortable. Facilities were nice, clean and sleek. The rooms of 4 single beds were great accomodations when travelling with cousins per se. Lawson on the first floor was so convenient, whether it was a craving or necessity. Before a night out we got to see the terrace view, which was sweet in anticipation for our Disney day the following day. We were met with warmness and complimentary drinks there.

The room is fantastic and spaceous. The transportation can be improved with more buses during peak hours. Add more trips after 5pm as some travelers are traveling from various location and stranded at Maihama Station or need to call a taxi to the hotel. (I myself walk for 30 minutes to the hotel from the station.)

Everything was excellent from the staff to the room

Royal Park Maihama was modern, beautifully decorated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful in walking through the check in and check out process. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure and shampoo, conditioner and body wash were the best we’ve ever used. It was great to have a free bus shuttle to the Disney parks and the Maihama train station.

We loved this hotel! Everything was clean, new, and comfortable. The shuttle ran great. The amenities were wonderful. Th

Beautiful hotel with lovely decor, amenities, clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend the Superior Emerald Room for a family of 4. Nothing!

This is a wonderful hotel to stay near DisneySea. For a family of four we had a spacious room and we were able to do laundry on the second floor and monitor it on the TV from our room. The breakfast buffet was one of the best perks of staying here. We had rice and eggs, curry, fresh fruit, and freshly grilled hamburgers for breakfast among other things. And the most useful perk was being able to take their shuttle buses to Disney and to the JR station. Also, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It’s about a mile away from the Ipskari shopping center, which is walkable, but in the heat, it is not pleasant.
-
Furor tub and shower. Lawson's convenience store in the lobby 24hr x 7 was appreciated Free shuttle to disney sea and Disney was timely and convenient Not near any eateries bc the hotel was resort like. Needed taxi or walk far to a restaurant

This hotel was amazing, so clean, well decorated with incredibly well appointed rooms with space for everything. Loved the convenience of having a Lawson mini mart inside the hotel. We stayed at this location for it's convenient access to Disney and Disneysea, while it's not easily walkable, the provided transportation was nice and easy.

Very calming and warm Nothing

Rooms were bigger than average for Tokyo Will not return due to the fact that there is no restaurant and none nearby. They cook an excellent breakfast but if you are at the hotel any other time of day, particularly after a long day at Disney, your only choice is to eat at a Lawsons. Seriously. That's it. There are 750 rooms at this hotel, and if there are an average of three people to a room, that means over 2000 people are looking for a food option in the evening besides microwaving a Lawsons meal. I could see if there were restaurant options nearby, but that is not the case. This is unbelievably stupid on the part of the hotel ownership that has a captive audience.

We were so pleased to end our Japan trip at this wonderful newer hotel, and it made for a truly memorable final chapter to our adventure. First things first — the rooms were huge by Tokyo standards. After staying at several hotels throughout our trip, walking into these spacious, comfortable rooms was a genuine treat. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, which after days of sightseeing and theme park adventures, meant everything. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and a great way to fuel up for the day’s activities. But the real standout perk of this hotel? The complimentary shuttle service to and from Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. For Disney fans, this is an absolute game changer — no navigating trains or figuring out transportation after a long, magical day on your feet. And speaking of memorable moments — when a typhoon rolled through during our stay, the hotel still came through and shuttled us to DisneySea without missing a beat. Now THAT is commitment to their guests! ?? We were incredibly impressed by that level of dedication and service. The staff throughout were friendly and accommodating, adding a warm touch to every interaction. If you’re planning a Disney trip in Tokyo, look no further — Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay is the perfect home base. Highly recommend!
