Ayazma Cave Hotel

We loved this hotel so much.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ayazma Cave Hotel. The service was truly above and beyond our expectations. Ruhaan was absolutely amazing — always there to help with anything we needed. From the fresh fruit plates he surprised us with, to calling taxis at a moment’s notice, and even arranging our shuttle from the airport, he made our stay effortless. One evening my mom accidentally left her phone in a shop in Ürgüp just before closing. Ruhaan not only called them first thing the next morning, but somehow had the phone delivered to the hotel before 8am so we didn’t even need to go pick it up. That level of care and dedication is something we’ll never forget! The breakfast was delicious with many options, the rooms were beautiful, spotless, and full of character, and the cave hotel itself is just stunning. The location is perfect — less than a 10-minute walk into Ürgüp and only about a 15-minute drive to Göreme. I cannot recommend Ayazma Cave Hotel enough. If I could give it 15 stars, I would! We would definitely love to stay here again. Nothing, it was amazing

Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly. Both Husain and Ruhaan were always welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. There was no AC, however it was nice of the staff to provide us fans.

The only thing that makes no sense is that they offer a room with 3 beds and is the one I selected and when we got to the hotel they charged us $35 euros for foldable bed, but other then that everything was fine!!! All of them very friendly, Jasmine in the kitchen she was always happy and helpful we even took a picture with her and her son , lovely people

It was clean and very comfortable. The staff was exceptional. It would be nice if rooms had AC. A fan was brought to the room and kept us comfortable.

Breakfast was included and it was one of the best we had in our entire trip to Turkey. Friendly staff, always available. We had a broken bed, but they replaced it within ten minuites. They also gave us a complimentary fruit tray at the end of our stay. The washroom was very spacious, and clean. They also clean your room on a daily basis and maintain it very well. They do offer laundry services, but we found much more affordable options outside, who were willing to pick up and deliver. We had requested for early check in advance, which was accepted, however when we arrived the room was not ready, but they did allow us to store our luggage. There is no air conditioning in the room, which we felt was needed since it was not very cold when we visited. Do take note that the transfer service they offer is not private transfer, however the journey overall was fine.

This is a little place in Urgup. There was not much to do there but the people at this hotel were exceptional human beings. They made our stay there very special.

Is a nice and cozy hotel, with nice people that try to help you with anything. This is a pet friendly hotel.

The property exceeded our expectations and was certainly one of the main highlights of our whole trip to Turkey! The staff are AMAZING, so helpful, friendly, accomodating. They made us feel welcome the whole time and were genuinely interested in how we were, making sure we were happy and felt at home. The property itself is perfect! Relaxed atmosphere, cozy room, and just a short 5min walk to the cutest town centre with a great vibe, perfect mix of both locals and tourists. Breakfast was delicious, we were satisfied with every meal. We would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Turkey. ? Nothing. It was perfect.

Our experience at Ayazma Cave Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was charming, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the location was quiet and a short walk from the town center, and the breakfast (although not a buffet) was delicious and very filling. Most of all, the staff are wonderfully kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We would come to Cappadocia again just to stay at this hotel. It should be said that the hotel is on the edge of Ürgüp, so it is not located right downtown. However, we loved that! We wanted a quiet, relaxing place so that we could sleep well and be rested for lots of sightseeing, and Ayazma Cave Hotel delivered. The town center is a short walk away, so for us, it was ideal.

the facilities were clean and comfortable but the best part was the service and hospitality shown by the staff. Thank you Ruhan, Huseyin, Ali, Yasmin and Furkan. Our family will return again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly appreciated the exceptional staff. While it was a smaller operation, the hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet and less touristy location with just 10 mins to town. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side when we arrived, and we were snowed in. However, the staff made all the difference. Furkhan, Sanjer, Mr. Ali, and Ruhan (apologies if the spelling is off) kept us entertained with chess matches and great conversations, making our time there so enjoyable. Mr. Ali prepared our breakfasts with care, offering a wonderful variety of options and always ensuring we were satisfied. We'll be back! Highly recommend this place to anyone. Wished our room was a little bigger for 2 adults and 1 child.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, lots of choice and delicious fresh food. The rooms are really spacious and stylish. The staff: Furkan, Sencer, Ali, Yasemin and Rohan were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Ayazma Cave Hotel. Nothing
