The staff was very kind. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. The shower was good and hot. And the only hotel that had hair conditioner! The bed sheets were dirty and the bed was not comfortable at all. The Internet connection was very weak and couldn't play movies or music.

The room had a bed (actually two), electric sockets, and a shower with water. It was also just a five-minute walk from the city centre. It was freezing cold and the central heating didn't work. During my three night stay, no one bothered to clean the room or bring fresh towels, etc. There's no soundproofing in this place, so you basically hear everything that goes on in the hallway (like when they start vacuuming). The rooms are quite spartan and worn out. None of the receptionists bothered to say hello or even look at me (which is okay for my inner introvert). Also, I only had the chance to go for breakfast on the last morning of my stay and found it to be as spartan as the room decor. Also a heads-up: the hotel location on the map is about half a kilometre off.
