Breakfast was good. No complaints there. The garden was lovely. Our room had great potential and it was very close to the center of town. It was advertised as spacious for 4 people. For us it was barely big enough for 3. The beautiful jacuzzi tube held only two inches of water. It never filled. The beautifully tiled Hamam room was cold even though I asked how we could use. Basically one could sit on the cold marble and throw hot water over your back. The walls shed sand so that your clothes became gritty if you brushed against them and the maid service never swept us the sand that came off the walls. We were given small bottles of water only every other day where other hotels were generous with drinking water.

Great location, great staff , great breakfast, and our room had a balcony which was an added bonus. Very minor, but I would have appreciated a luggage rack.

Excellent property right at the heart of Urgup with access to everything. They also organized tours that we wanted. They were very accommodative and made the whole stay pleasant. We made good memories for life!

Location and reception staff were good. We felt very safe on the property. The bed was very comfortable Lack of wardrobe and shelving space. More coathangers would have been appreciated. The room was very dusty. The shower head needed maintenence. The room did not match the awesome photos on their booking.com site - it was "worn". The extra cushions on the bed needed the covers to be repaired or replaced.

The manager of the property was really nice and accommodating. No fruit at breakfast buffet, the room is just ok.

Besides the beautiful room we loved the private courtyard lush with trees and grapevine. We spent a lot of time sitting at the tables and visiting. The traditional breakfast was delicious and had many vegan options. Staff was friendly. The on-site tour coordinator gave us some helpful hints. The coffee was not great, although the tea was excellent.

They arranged everything as per the plan the tours and the balloon ride, the airport pick up and drop were also arranged.

Each room is unique and well decorated. Our family was very comfortable and enjoyed the warm hospitality, good breakfast, and quiet setting that is VERY conveniently located. The staff were all very friendly and made our stay in Cappadocia enjoyable. Parking was a bit of a struggle but only because of the event going on.

It felt like home,everything was perfect. Staff was lovely and breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious with a Jacuzzi. Heaven Cave House is in the heart of Cappadocia and surrendered by many restaurants and shops within in couple of minutes by feet. Will definitely go back there.

a very comfortable and unusual place with the hospitality staff provided local tips about the best Cappadocia places, thanks! The breakfest is awesome, you can order without hesitations. Next time we will stay again here. Everything is perfect, but in a cave, WiFi doesn't work. It was not an issue for us, because we have paid mobile traffic. Anyway, if you need to fix any issues - you can contact property staff, they solving any questions very fast.
