The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and arrangements. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to restaurants and the center of Ürgüp. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa Cave Hotel. The hotel offers a warm, family-like atmosphere that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety of options. The location is also very convenient for exploring Urgup and the surrounding attractions of Cappadocia. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia and would be happy to stay here again.

Unique rooms, u are practically staying inside a cave. It was cozy and my kids like it. All was good
-
Good location The room had no proper heating facility and it was freezing cold. We had a miserable night and got sick due to near freezing temperature in the “cave” style room. Will never stay here again when we come back to Cappadocia.

We were impressed by the hospitality and care of the staff, they arranged a transfer from/to the airport, allowed us to check out from the room later, the hotel was immaculately clean, delicious breakfast, cozy room and very comfortable beds. Çok teşekkür ederim! ? There were no hooks to hang things or a wardrobe

Loved service the most , very friendly and helpful, kids enjoyed the bath. No windows and to many steps in the rooms ?

Decent location Unclean hotel with broken furnitures and dirty sofa liners. Breakfast is just cold breakfast and not much hygienic either. People who cut the vegetables and fruits don’t even wear a gloves and found to be coughing in the same area.

Beautiful building tucked away in a quiet spot, but very close to the centre. Good breakfast, nice terrace. Not sure it's really a cave.

Nothing was as advertised on Booking.com, so I cannot say I liked anything. 1. The room family suite was not as big as advertised on bookings website. The bathroom is no longer as big as they show, they cut this by 80% to create another room next door that was still being renovated at the time we stayed. They placed the bath tub in de bedroom... Very bad. 2. Facilities were not as described. The hotel claims on the booking process that the family suite gets a private balcony, however this is not the case: its shared. Furthermore, no hairdryer, no socket for a kettle (there is kettle with tea and coffee, but no optimal safe socket to plug this in), toilet did not flush and the socket next to the bed did not work; my phone didn't charge all night. Also, why does the sofa look at the door? It doesn't make sense to put a hot tub in a bedroom with the TV miles away... About the hot tub, the cover was broken upon arrival. 3. The stairs to the breakfast area, balcony and family suite was held by a wooden plank, very dangerous. 4. The room where you eat breakfast smells like cigarettes, I am unable to breathe. The owner asked me the first day if I minded it and I said to him already that I did not like the smell of cigarettes. 5. The hotel should be called Spooky Cave Hotel. Every paranormal investigator should head to the family suite directly. Someone contact a YouTuber for this job! This room is haunted. Every night you hear whispers outside, and you hear loud footsteps on the ceiling as if someone is running zigzag across the ceiling. This happens only at night never during the day and consistenly. We were not looking forward to our second night and did not sleep well. The footsteps sound followed me around the room when I went to the bathroom until I went back to the bed. 6. Personnel should be taught manners as I did not like the second evening the interaction we had. We were stared at for 15 seconds straight by two of the personnel without emotions. When I asked what's up, I got an answer that nothing was wrong.
