Spacious room and large public bath. Since entrance is on the 2nd and reception is on the 14th, it’s not easy access for check in. They have three elevators but it takes so much time to come. I don’t think it’s the best option for business person or person who is kinda impatient haha

Loved the fact the Onsen is open all night long and has an indoor and outdoor onsen pool. Location is the best - connected to the train station no complaints

A beautiful modern hotel in the city center (directly adjacent to the Lightcube conference center and very close to the train station). The double room was very spacious (for a Japanese hotel) and comfortable, and I enjoyed the public bath (both indoor and outdoor pool) and sauna. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. I wouldn't hesitate to book again whether for work or leisure. The coffee at breakfast was mediocre. (Maybe some people enjoy it, but there could be a lighter roast/milder batch brewed coffee as an alternative.) Rooms have electric kettles but no coffee/tee.

Spacious, comfortable room. Large bed, and the onsen/sauna services were absolutely exceptional. Easy check in and check out, and easy walking distance to shinkansen exit and plenty of eating options. Nothing we noted could have been better. One of the best hotels we stayed in.

The property was so near to the station and shopping stores. They only provide 1 room card and its very inconvinient for groups. And don't have the early morning spa and bath.

Location is amazing, connected to the station. Right next to 7/11 and a grocery store. Restaurants within walking distance as well. The bath is the main reason I stay here in Utsunomiya vs other hotels. The breakfast is ok, not special, but it’s ok since 7/11 is right next door. The tv’s also have Netflix capability. The rooms are a bit small, but otherwise fine. The breakfast is not special. The elevators are usually busy. Sometimes you have to wait a while to get in one.

The location and ease of access was what I chose this hotel for. It was just right outside the Shinkansen station, I didn't have to travel far to get to the hotel. I appreciate the free water bottles in the room. The buffet had a variety of items, even vegetarian taco, which was definitely unexpected. They had stew type dishes which went well with the rice should you didn't want curry with the rice. I also like the ochasuke toppings. overall I would stay here again so it served the purpose for what I booked this hotel for, it was close to the meeting point for me and had ease of food nearby. However I may look into other hotels nearby just to see if it's a better fit for me. It's not that much of a problem, but it was different to have reception on such a high floor. It would have been nice to have the shopping level labeled on the elevator, since there was two entrances for exit. It's fine after the first mistake of exiting the wrong floor, but wished there was a clear label to help first-timers differentiate. Also the spa is not accessible to those with tattoo or even if you put cover-up stickers. I mean it's Japan, but there's bound to be more tourists than me who would enjoy this. It would have been nice to soak in the spa bath after a long day. The breakfast buffet was a bit crowded and did not have a lot of space to move in and around. I felt the hot food section didn't have enough items that appealed to me. It felt a bit more japanese style brunch instead of breakfast. The scrambled eggs were too watery.

A fine hotel in a great location. Nothing particularly remarkable about the hotel, though the rooms were a decent size for two people.

Location to train station and busses. Needed more restaurants and bars close by. Long way to Motegi. We were there for MotoGP. Transport options limited.

Bath house access, next to the train station makes it really convenient to get around Utsunomiya or nearby cities.

Rooms are a bit small, but it’s Japan for you.

The location is ver perfect with direct access from JR station linkage. Fulled with surrounded restaurants. The guestroom is nice design and room size is comfortable. The onzen area also very spatial with good amenities. Breakfast quality is very good, tasty, various choices. Everything is perfect for us.

Looks new, modern, nice rooms. Great location near station and shopping mall. Didn’t have driving access(unless we didn’t know how to find it?), so had to walk with luggage.
