Location Nothing

Friendly staff, very kind person in the breakfast Near to the station A bit far away from the center The room was very normal, I expected a bit more by Sheraton, not even a bottle of water in the room(not happened in other hotels in Japan) The free breakfast was very simple, if you like more varieties, it's not a good choice.

The staff at the front desk when checking in were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The free coffee and bread options in the morning were very nice. Nothing in particular! The room and bathroom/shower was a little tight, but nothing to complain about really.

Really clean bathroom. Use the pedestrian/cycle path from Utsunomiya station with better roads. The Google maps directions may take you through an area full of bars and bringing luggage though that is difficult. Some touts. Small shower. I kept hitting the wall while showering.

Four Points by Sheraton is a modern, moderately priced hotel in a good location within walking distance from the train station. Rooms were clean and bright with attentive front desk and cleaning staff. Rooms are more on the traditional Japanese smaller side with limited open floor space but was very comfortable. Bathrooms are also on the smaller side but perfectly fine. Breakfast on site but no food or bar services after breakfast. This said there are very good local spots within walking distance.

Extremely clean. Hotel was renovated in around 2024. Everything was very new and clean. The rooms are tiny, but the hotel is priced appropriately (about 50 USD per night). The bathrooms also tiny, but everything was suitable for the price. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Small rooms, breakfast was only bread. But the value for the price was very good and everything was very new and clean.

Too small bathroom

The staff were amazing and helped with any requests, regardless of the language barrier. The bed was slightly too hard but wasn't that hard for me not to sleep.

Everything seems nice and new. Clean, super nice staff. Includes a very light breakfast (just bread, coffee and tea) Was expecting to be small, but felt specially in the shower. Limited choices on breakfast.
-
the breakfast was advertised as free, I was disappointed in the fact that there was only a small amount of bread and a few drinks. It was delicious

The pastries are wonderful, and the cafe's staff is kind and helpful.

Brand new hotel, everything smelling good. Breakfast has a good selection of bread so it’s suitable for westerners. Room has comfy bed and drip coffee available. And very professional staff despite their short time working in this facility. The rooms are very cramped, the bathtub is the smallest I have seen in Japan. There are about 36 rooms per floor (but somehow the breakfast restaurant was empty)
