We just stayed for one night. The room was standard but clean and confortable. Location was very good. Hotel Staff very kind. We arrived late but we found options for dinner nearby. Breakfast was GREAT , many options and delicious . We choose for the international breakfast option. We were with a car, the parking lot was just next door.

This is a reliable hotel to stay while visiting Utsunomiya. We stayed at a few of the Richmond Hotels while visiting Japan and they were all a good choice. I liked breakfast, comfy rooms and easy check in and check out. This is not a fancy hotel, boutique or unique hotel but it is a solid choice, consistent and reliable. I would stay here again.

The location was good and the breakfast was very good! I like the PJ's you get for lounging or sleeping in. A solid choice while visiting Utsunomiya! It did smell slightly like cigarette smoke in some areas of the hotel and perhaps the hotel could diffuse essential oil in the lobby but for the price it is a solid choice.

Kobayashi was very upbeat, great smiling and she is very intelligently way approaching… shes kind and sweet.. the company was so very warm and they manage well the services… i hope every richmond hotel was like this way… this is remarkable hotel that i experienced Less food heheheh lol… and the no microwave can be heated some of hotels that i experienced they had it… or in hall way they have.. or some of portion of facilities they had.. but maybe i didnt know if they had it… but so far richmond is very classy

Reception staff were efficient and welcoming . Good size bedroom, comfortable bed and bathroom was a good size. Easy walk to the railway station. Every thing was to our satisfaction.

Great location, service and room. Hotel provides free ochazuke at 8-10pm (limited number of sets that run out by 8:45 tho). It was yummy. We got a deluxe room that was very spacious. Amenities are available for self collection at the lobby. Richmond hotels are always comfortable. Standard rooms are small so get a deluxe room for more space. Join their membership program for one hour extended check out.

Facility was good. Breakfast menu was menu at international side to be improved, additional bread, Honey, Jam, Fruits.

Close to shops/restaurants & railway station. The staff were excellent. There was a smell of cigarette in our room, despite it being a non-smoking room.
