The breakfast was an extensive buffet of local food items. However, vegetarians didn't have too many options.

Breakfast was good. Mainly Japanese and had cornflakes, bread, milk, curd but no eggs and only one fruit. For car parking: While booking it shows the P icon for parking but the hotel does not have its own parking. You need to park in a coin parking or park at the affiliated car parking by paying 1000/- yen and that too if empty slot available. If not available then you have to search on your own. It will be helpful if this is clearly mentioned in the fine print or details. For breakfast: No eggs and only one fruit.

Very close to Utsunomiya station & the hotel attached to 7-11. Staff super firendly. Arrive before check in time So they keep my luggage. Whem i come for check in they already put mu bag in the room. Nothing

The staff at the Smile were very accommodating and helpful, permitting us to store luggage beforehand and taking it to our room before we returned. The room was extremely clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. Although it is beside the train tracks, we found it quite quiet. A real advantage of the hotel is its location, 5 minutes from the train and the city bus that goes to the Oya Museum and the OyaTemple beside it. (Both recommended.) There is also a 7-11 attached to the hotel lobby. Nothing.
