I liked the facilities. Great facility The staff at the font desk were rude and unresponsive to conversations and questions asked. Poor customer service at the front desk. Front desk refused to honour my booking made on booking.com so the room I booked was not reserved for me. I was so angry. They ended up giving me one room when I booked for 2.

I got to the hotel and was told there is no room for me and that booking . Com didn't confirm if they had rooms before they confirmed ny reservation and they were not apologetic atall

New. Clean. Good location. Food could be better but it's a hotel so maybe that's ok. Courteous staff. Didn't reserve the room booked on the platform. Seems to be a disconnect between the platform and hotel operations. Had to pay higher for a new booking.
