Your customer service is top notch. Samuel and the rest of the front end team were very kind and helpful. The room service team were very good and willing to help. The housekeepers were very quick and efficient at their job. Last but not least, the breakfast was always a hit. Thank you a splendid time. The one thing to change is to have the masseuse retrained. She did a bad job during my session. I needed a massage not a rob down with excess oil over me. I will also like to suggest lesser wait on food ordered.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I had the internet issues, especially when I first entered, the staff kept trying every means and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. I thought it was nice of them. Also, the food was very goooood. It was both tasty and plenty. Apart from bad internet and power outages, the room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for what I had gone to Uyo for, which was great. I think that this hotel needs to step up their game in terms of their facilities. I have wanted to stay at Monty for some time but this experience fell short. I struggled with internet throughout my period of stay. At first, there was no connection in the room I was allocated. Then the other room suggested had no work table. We eventually got a room and I was given a router which made it better but resets after every hour. And, my God, the intermittent power outage, that was frustrating.

The facility is neat. Good bed and bedding. Good food, but they did not provide pressing iron, so that customers can do their ironing if they choose to do it. The refrigerator in the seating room of my private suite was not working and they did nothing about it even after my complaint.
