    Great, clean property

Whilst both the room and bathroom were fairly small, there was a good sized balcony with a view of the castle. Particularly loved the old fashioned ceiling fan which did the job and in my opinion, is better than modern air con in many ways. Wonderful breakfast which could be eaten either inside the lovely café or on an attractive outdoor terrace. If arriving by bus, it is useful to know where to get off for the hotel – the stop after Vaduz Post as leaving town. Being provided with a Liechtenstein Card was a massive bonus which, amongst other discounts, enabled us to travel freely on transport within the area. Would recommend taking Bus No 21 to Malbun where you can take a ski lift to the top of the mountain for spectacular views. A walk just out of town along the Rhine to the Old Bridge is also well worth doing. There are some lovely little flower lined pathways to explore between the town and the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying at this lovely, comfortable hotel. We were grateful to arrive before 5.00pm and have assistance regarding check in as we had no mobile phone to check in digitally, something which could be an issue. Unfortunately, due to being short staffed, the service was incredibly slow. A pot of coffee would have been appreciated rather than having to keep asking / wait for refills.

Easy walk around town and to Switzerland. The rooms on the street side are noisy day and night because of road traffic which makes it impossible to leave the window open.

The location is very convenient to the tourist attractions in Vaduz. The hotel and room are nicely furnished.

Very clean and close to town. Staff were very nice and accommodating!

  • Engine customer May 2026

Very new and modern design. Fully automated check-in process. There is no AC on hot nights which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Opening the windows was not an option because of the busy street in the morning.

This property is extremely clean. I appreciated that everything was well taken care of and cleaned very well. Extra amenities were available to guests in the basement/lower floor and accessible by key card. While there is not a fridge in the guest room, there was a community fridge available in the service room. You could also grab extra blankets, sheets and pillows as needed there as well. An evening coffee bar was set up for guests with an honor bar, but unfortunately the water for tea and coffee was not hot. Blow drier was 10/10! Also, there is no AC but there is a ceiling fan to help circulate air. We felt the self check-in left us feeling a bit lost and not particularly welcomed. We were eventually able to read through all the materials and figure everything out. The room needed to be looked after a bit as several of the lightbulbs were burnt out, and we were not going to bother the coffee house staff with that. There were signs to ask in the coffee house for any needs, but they consistently look busy, and not all of the employees were welcoming/friendly. Even when ordering and paying for coffee they made us feel like we were bothering them. There is not AC, which is not the issue, the issue is that with the windows open it was VERY loud and bright. Even with the use of ear plugs, it was still very loud from the street. I did not get a good night's rest.

The location was lovely … mountains and the Vaduz castle plus horses in the meadow across from the hotel. A refreshing walk along a flowing creek into the city. Also a wonderful and tasty breakfast. Nothing of note

Great lounge with lots of space, drinks, snacks, and games. Room lighting insufficient

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Location, parking, friendly staff Renovations on the exterior, but that’s completely understandable. Not a negative experience at all!

I loved the self check in-out system The property was beautiful with special touches in the rooms and an elevator which is a plus

We had a beautiful view of the castle. Breakfast was nice and the self check in and out was simple to follow.

This hotel was absolutely lovely - would stay here again in a heartbeat! Located in Vaduz, but about a 10-15 walk from city center, which made this location a bit calmer and quiet, which I personally enjoyed. Very short walk from the Alte Rheinbrucke, which you can walk across into Switzerland. Hotel itself was beautiful, room was so cozy, and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel! N/a - I loved it all!

Nothing- it was a great stay!

Location was very convenient for walking I to Vaduz, parking was free and straight forward. Check in was simple and everything felt very relaxing Breakfast felt limited as not all the items on the public menu were on the hotel room breakfast list

Room was quiet. This just wasn't my kind of hotel. You check in with a tablet so no one is there. Thankfully, I didn't need anything. The room is fine albeit basic. No air conditioning was a huge bummer because it was so hot. And you can't open the windows because of the mosquitoes. Granted there is a ceiling fan. But can't they get screens for at least one window? If you need extra towels, soap , they direct you to the supply closet in the basement. I didn't find the breakfast staff to be very welcoming and the portions were more like a "tasting" size. I just found it shocking that they charge what they do and there isn't a staff member anywhere (except for the unfriendly ones at breakfast).

It was a 5 minute walk to the Rhine River, and a 15 minute walk to the center of Vaduz. The room was nice and the balcony lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Could see the castle from our room, breakfast was good. N/a
