The room is clean and staff is helpful. However, a thing really bothers me. They didn't post parking fee in the website. After I have booked my room, they sent me an message saying that I have to pay $45+tax for their parking garage. They should let me know it before I make reservation.

We had a great stay! The room was well appointed, comfortable and bigger than expected. The location was very convenient for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Was very nice, large rooms, good breakfast, free shuttle to vail.

This hotel is located right next to the highway so you do hear cars all nights. They were completely booked when we got there so there were a lot of people there. After a long day or traveling, there was no hot shower. Talk to the hotel staff they said they were working on it. Still no hot water the next morning. Staff said sorry we are working on it and that’s it! If you want quiet, comfortable bed and hot shower! DO NOT COME HERE !

They did not have parking on site so had to park at a garage near by.

I loved the shape of my room and the stocked kitchenette. I did not like the parking or transportation to park my car or gain access to the town of Vail.

Nice place a bit noisy road traffic from I 70.

Noise level was terrible. Ever door slams very loudly due to the closer. Security was nonexistant both troubled nights. No one could care. Management sucks!

Really clean and modern hotel with good amenities, especially if you're staying there with a family. Kitchen in the unit is a nice bonus.
