Staff was friendly and building was pretty Ventilation could have been on

The staff were super friendly and the views were incredible. Unfortunately, if you do not have a car you’re very restricted on where to go. I wouldn’t book this if I had known how difficult and expensive it would be to get transport. The breakfast was disappointing, all the food looked as if it was served yesterday and on our first day we received cold coffee too. This place has the potential to be 5 stars with a few minor improvements.

Staff in the restaurant were dealing with everything in professional and friendly manner ,despite some guests being unpleasant. They made us feel welcome . The View is lovely ,pool was good, gardens well manicured . Young lady and young men at the reception were pleasant and professional too. We stayed in the junior suite which is the one of most expensive rooms.View was lovely . Room service available every day .Room itslef tidy .Housekeeping polite .Air condition working fine . I do not exaggerate when I say that you can hear EVERYTHING what is happening in the other rooms and outside . Did not have ANY sleep past 5am for the first 3 nights ( staying for 4 nights ) ,on the 4th night managed to sleep until 5.30am ,not exactly what you want from your holiday . .Even if there is only one room occupied ,you will be woken up by them..Bed is extremely hard ( I do have a hard bed at home as I prefer it ) ,but this one is on another level . We went to have some sleep on the sunbeds outside, were was quieter and more comfortable than the room ...Wi fi is non exsistent, simply not working ,regardless of which one you are connected to ,so if you are working remotley ,do not relay on it . Cleanliness of the bath left lots to Desire . Meal in the restaurant was not what we expected and I would not recommend it ( I have travelled italy for 10 years and it was one of the worst meal we have had ,we were exhausted and starving so we ate one of the mains and one starter ,service was great tho ) Our rate was changed as per our complaint, but did not reflected poor experience. We did not hear one word of apology from lady which we politely pointed the issues to and felt simply unwelcome most of the time . We asked to be moved to the diffrent room and we were told no rooms are available, went online to check if it is true and suprise, suprise, rooms were available to book .....Owner was rather cold in his manner ,making you feel like you are wrong by staying in his property and bring him business ( at the end of the day ,no guest = no money =no business=empty building with nice view .....) This place have a huge potential, but I could not recommended it to anyone after my experience.

Nice classic hotel with an amazing view.

This was our second vacation to Sicily and one of our favorite locations. The views are spectacular, the grounds beautifully manicured, and an awesome staff provided yet another amazing experience. Do not miss this place on your visit to Sicily. A plus is the on-site restaurant!

View spectacular, restaurant on the facility was a plus, clean rooms, staff cordial and helpful.

Outstanding view Facilities and rooms need a refresh. Breakfast was a little bit chaotic: the waiters realised that something was finished and needed resupplying (e.g. ham, milk, …) only when told

Food ok, but not as good as in 2022.

The location was very pretty, peaceful and rustic. Traditionally Sicilian. Beautiful sea views. The food was superb. Staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The location was good if you have a car…. Nothing within walking distance. Rooms very basic but clean: would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities. We visited out of season (April) and it was very quiet and the pool wasn’t open.

The view it's Incredible and the location it's really good. The hotel it self it's really beautiful and preserves the mediterranean style. The shower area was incredibly small. The douche cabin have no more than 1 meter x 1 meter and to take shower the water system it's just coming from the ceiling and it wasn't working properly. So the result was a disaster with water going everywhere.

Loved the hotel! We stayed with two young kids they loved the pool the gardens. We loved how picturesque it was, a gem. Close to Erice which we also loved. Recommend.
