Parking included, table with 2 chairs in the room, authentic, helpfulness of the staff. The hotel could use some modernisation and soundproofing (take earplugs if you are a light sleeper). Side note: We would have liked to know that if you pay with cash, it's cheaper than paying with card.

Location Staff lacked front door. When checked out, staff check room before let me out, even thought I told her that I needed to hurry up to take the bus and did not have enough time. She (staff front desk) did not care.

Secure parking, next to the river and the shower was good. The walls are very thin so you can hear a lot of noise

Location The room was dusty and dirty. Including the very dirty glasses on the table. The heating did not work. The TV set did not work (on the second day it turned out that the battery of the remote control was dead). The woman at the reception was not polite at all.

Overbooking on Booking got me a room in the basement. The bathroom access was via a spiral staircase...which is cute if you are a kid or have tiny feet. Not fun if you wake in the middle of the night and practically break your neck managing that danger in your sleepy state. Breakfast was the most basic of continental...not worth the time. Told the staff I needed to leave early. Was locked in with no staff around to unlock the main door. Kitchen staff didn't know where anyone was with a key... Maybe a fire hazard to lock your guests inside?

I loved the location and how nice the stuff was. The breakfast was also good. The common areas were very noisy. Unfortunately, some guests were drunk and yelling outside our room at 6 am it was impossible to sleep after that.
