The breakfast was pretty good and the location was excellent. My room was comfortable and quiet. Overall the hotel was a great choice for my 5 nights of sightseeing in and around Valdivia. Nothing of note.

Quiet stay in a nice part of town. Diverse and tasty breakfast options with lots of fruits. Parking lot is secure and spacious with no height restriction.

A well run and we'll kept older hotel. Very comfortable bed and super nice bathroom. Staff were very it helpful. The breakfast was poor in my opinion. Quality was low in terms of produce used.

Location Hotel is very old . The bathroom are not good and very updated . It looks like a 70s bathroom and not very good shape . You can smell the humidity in the room and in the entire hotel

staff at the front desk were very professional and attentive, breakfast was good, shower and water temperature were just perfect. lighting in my room was less than OK. I was also in a room next to the main entrance, so it got a little noisy at times

Good breakfast, convenient location in a safe area. Nice beer house and restaurant across the street in front of the hotel. Kind staff.

Breakfast was varied, plentiful and tasty. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff gave a great recommendation, walking distance, for dinner on the water -Parrilla de Thor.

Good location - walking distance to the bus terminal and good variety at breakfast (including lactose free milk) My room was cold and faced onto the main road so found it quite difficult to sleep with noise from traffic and nearby bars
