Nice view of the river from private balcony and gardens. Clean and spacious room (superior double room). Very nice bathroom, specially the shower. Good breakfast.

Great service, people very warm and welcoming. Even when they were full at breakfast they took the time to help with special requests. Air conditioning was turning on automatically and was a little disrupting but after some attempts it was working fine and we were able to sleep without it. Is not needed at night.

By the river. Elegant reception and rooms. Breakfast ok. Need a car to get into town otherwise a fair walk. We were in a noisy room close to the road. Rooms at the front have a corridor to lessen the noise.

Located on the bank of the river Calle-Calle. Room with balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast selection poor and also having to book a 30 minute slot for breakfast.

The location was excellent right on the river however there was a busy road that was noisy. The breakfast was very good and they had gluten-free options It’s a beautiful building our room had a little door that was left unlocked, which led to part of the attic Some of the furniture in the lobby was threadbare

Balcony with a view of the river--right on the river. Quiet as can be. Restaurant is excellent. Try the veal loin. Nothing, really.

Lovely hotel on the river with great views from your room. Good Chilean style breakfast eggs bread cheese meat fruit not European style. Two pools and a nice terrace you can have drinks on over the river. Nice friendly staff not much English spoken but not a problem. WiFi is poor, I would try to improve that it would make a big difference

The property itself, the beautiful building, decoration, furniture, cleanliness, location, food, the beautiful dock, rooms, everything. The cardkey system. It needs to be repaired or changed.
