them we were leaving and why. He informed us that since we booked through expedia he would not charge them for the night and to contact them for refund. We called expedia only to be told hotel denied refund because they couldn’t smell the marijuana. Pretty bad that we were not the only guests complaining yet the hotel did nothing.

The room was disgusting, the shower was broke, the window was broken . All in all it was nasty. No breakfast, no ice, never will I go back.

Cleaner than most

All the amenities had been striped during Covid! No glasses, forks, pots and pans! No blow dryer! Kleenex! Never stay there again!

The bathroom door was broken. The sink would not drain. The inside window pane was shattered. The room was not very clean. There were dents all over the walls.

Convenient location. Property was acceptable for the price

Very nice room and wonderful pool.

The room was terrible. Shower bar was old, dirty and pitted. Inside of the entrance door was dirty, dented and the security lock was broken. There was a puddle of water on the floor that came under the door. The coffee maker had no lid and the inside was very dirty. The bottom of the door into the shower room was rotting. The seat/chair for the desk was worn and torn. The breakfast had almost nothing to eat. No pastries, no topping for waffles, no protein items and no juice due to the machine being broken. Cereal I tried was stale. Manager has plenty excuses for the problems. I found little roaches on the bathroom sink! DO NOT STAY THERE!

The bathroom was rusty and moldy. There were small insects dead on the bathroom counter and small insects flying around . The INTENSE smell of burning incense was extremely over powering. The safety hatch lock on the door not there, felt unsafe without the secondary lock. There was visual mold growing out of the bathroom air vent. There was someone else’s food on the floors under the beds. The bathroom bath mat had muddy foot prints. Ice machine was not clean and rusty. No continental breakfast. Was not at the level of most BAYMONTS! All in all a very dirty hotel.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very nice.

Toilet messed up, bed uncomfortable, tv didn’t work, bad smell, weak water pressure !

There were roaches in the room. The first one I saw was in the bathroom and then my friend saw one in the bed so we went right straight up to the front desk and wanted to get our money back.

the bedroom area looked like there was an attempt to update but there are signs of it being halfa$$ed down. bathroom was so gross we didnt even attempt to shower. And to say they have breakfast is a complete joke. we could not get out fast enough.

Facility was run down, breakfast was meager, the neighborhood was sketchy.

It was a good experience. Small things were not finished or up to date. The lamp shade needed to be unscrewed and replaced. The clock was an hour behind. I fixed those and the stay was The remote stopped working and they replaced it. Breakfast was good jyst need a sign that says flip the waffle maker. Excellent stay. Great employee relations.

TV didn't work, but I didn't complain because I didn't really need it.

Bugs out tv don’t work the light in restroom didn’t work until the next day sheets was nasty had to sleep on top of cover

The main door in was bent and had no seal to the jamb as well as evidence that it had been kicked on And they had me sign a damage waiver if they found anything wrong they would charge me 150.00

Room was a complete disaster. Had to kill a roach as soon as we entered, just so my daughter could go to the bathroom. Baseboards were falling apart, holes and dents in the walls, toilet was nasty, and the tub floor was dirty. AC wasn’t cold. Thank goodness it was for one night and that we were all exhausted.

On my trip from Colorado to Florida, this has been the best one-night stay overall, from the clean room to the friendly staff. I would recommend this place to everyone. :)
