Very noisy and loud with people partying above us and a extreme amount of traffic coming through parking lot. Also one of the staff was very rude and unfriendly . Not so much a family environment ? At least on the weekends.

TV was small and I couldn't connect to Internet

Room never got cleaned...extended for another night and it still wasn't cleaned.

We had a very restful few days! After reading all of the reviews, I was very nervous, but we get there, the lobby smells and looks so clean and fresh and organized, there was a little dining area with a few tables, and tv, very welcoming. We were in 136 and walking in, it was fresh smelling and clean, yes its not a brand new motel but it was clean and comfortable. We stayed Wed-Sat, the pool was clean, the kid has a great time every evening we came back after our long day in the sun. There was a coffee pot in the room with coffee and cups and all the things. The smoke detector was definitely attached, there was a little shampoo and conditioner and soap(which, we didnt need but it was there) and an ice bucket with a little bag. We had a king size room and there were 4 comfy pillows on the bed, 3 towels, 3 washcloths, all the things and the bathroom was neatly put together, there were 2 rolls of TP(things that other reviews said werent there is why im pointing some of these things out) The breakfast, ehh, they had raisin brand and cheerios, white bread, bagels, a waffle maker, milk and oj. There was no loud partying or hanging out in the parking lot all night that we heard, everybody was very friendly, front desk staff, other guests, we had a great relaxing time. My kid says he wants to stay here everytime we come back. The only unfortunate thing was the ice machine on the 1st floor didnt work so when we had to fill up our little bitty cooler for the day, we had to go upstairs

We had a short one-night stay and the hotel was sufficient for the price and location.

The room was horrible. The mattress sank in the middle. The toilet barely flushed. The area where I was at was dark. I heard loud voices outside and was a little scared, there was no vending or ice machines, The check out time was at 12:00 but lights went out around 9:00 a.m. I like nothing about it, The evening clerk was nice and pleasant and apologetic. However, the morning clerk I believe her ns name was Briana was rude, short unapologetic and seemed to find the entire situation amusing. She stated I should have asked or a refund the prior evening, However. I was tired, it was dark and I dont like driving around it the evening, I feel as though my money was flushed down toilet. The room was nasty had roaches Trash behind a refrigerator cabinet had mold tub was dirty mold was on the sheets and pillowcases never again will I stay there‼️‼️‼️I will be contacting management about this situation I need half of my money back asap

We had to book last minute. The staff member was great and tried his best. The staff member was alone. With lots of people to help. The room we booked and paid for was not avalible. Only 1 bed for 4 people left. The room was not very clean. Was not the best experience.

This is a drug riddled property. No place for a family to stay

I did not like nothing about the hotel. All the rooms were smoked up and dirty. Remind you the first room they gave me. I walked in there and the pillows are throwed on the floor in the corner. The bed wasn't made up. It was smoked up in there, then they offered me another room. Same thing same smells same dirtiness, website shows something different when you got there, you've seen something different never again and then I could not get my money back right away. So I end up having to sleep on someone's sofa, never use booking again. NOTHING.....

The property is older an in need of an upgrade. The room had a dank odor, thank God for Lysol. The room had cockroaches around the sink. I killed several every time I turned on the light. I would not recommend this property. The only saving grace was the air conditioner worked well.

Room was great but I'm a non smoker and the room had a scent of smoke the entire stay that bothered me and the scent was in my clothes

The room was nice and clean and didn’t have any weird smells. My key card was faulty and I kept having to go to the main office to get it fixed. My microwave turned on for a second and instantly cut off and wouldn’t cut back on! The bathroom floor had odd stains and the toilet was stained. But the bed was comfortable the ac worked really well. And the shower head was detachable and the water pressure was great. So I’m the end I actually enjoyed my little weekend there and honestly wouldn’t mind going back but just making sure I get a slightly better room.

Room was dirty, bathroom was filthy, curtains were hanging down, and huge hole in the wall

It was the worst experience. I was told we were getting a refund but that didnt happen either. My 2 yr old slept on a bedspread with blood on it we had one towel for the 3 of us. Wires were hanging from the ceiling. Used soap in shower
