Lack no of reception and bathroom location

The staff that was there for my stay, Alejandro, did an excellent job explaining the hostel in a mini tour. He spoke in a captivating way. The sheets were extremely soft and the most important part was the at pillow was perfect being firm and soft, but not 100% flat or too tall. There is a kitchen to use and refrigerator. In the kitchen, they had relaxing music playing. Showers and toilets spaces were a little small. The people were there as roommates were very quiet, and did not snore. Also the policy is to be very quiet after 10pm. Toilets and shower spaces were a little small. No lock for the lockers for rent or loan with a collateral.

Breakfast was occupants' responsibility hence I prepared it myself. Had a challenge opening the door but was helped later on

Bad

I liked the location right in front of the metro station. It was very clean. The locker space was big and spacious for all my luggage (it's a lot). There were no hooks inside the shower. You had to hang your towel and toiletries outside of the shower, and there was only space outside of the shower cubicle to change into dry clothes. Every time I showered, the floor outside of the shower cubicle would flood. To ensure no one got injured, including myself, I had to mop up the water myself. There wasn't a lot of natural daylight in the dorms. Each dorm wasn't enclosed, which means you can hear every conversation on the female side of the hostel, including all the noise from the shared kitchen space. The hallway lights were automatically on from approx 9pm and don't turn off until 11pm(ish).

Disappointing

The "rooms" are just formed by sight blockers/the walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling. So it's more noisy than usual in a hostel. No hangers next to the lavatory for towels. No community space besides a sofa at the door - not a place for socializing, just for sleeping.

Modest but OK Nobody asked me if I was there

I really liked the location of this hostel. Accessible to bus lines that take you to the beach or the historic center. Impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable rooms and beds. Very quiet, perfect for a quiet stay The excellent attention is always attentive to everything and the plus is the coffee area. Recommended

Good

Kitchen and corridors were really clean. They offered to leave luggage there free of charge during marathon race, and possibility to have shower even after it. Once i got to the main door, there was a paper with the number you have to call for the check in...first thing i didn't like, then a guy came out from the inside, and introduced himself as staff, asked me for name, not ID needed and gave me the password for the main door (digital key). Then the room was basic, as I read in previous comments, "walls" didn't go up to the ceiling, so u can hear everything from the other rooms, and the door of each room is just a curtain. Then there is not privacy as each bed has not curtain or sth to close and be calm in your place, what would be a must in such a place. In the WC was not toilet paper in the morning, in both of them (there were two for men), and quite a lot of water in floor.

The only good thing is that person managing the place is very reactive and that the hostel is close to metro. No windows-no fresh air. Airconditioning is not a ventilation. Rooms have no individual ceiling. Light from other rooms-boxes enters the room. A lot of air fresheners to cover up the bad air-but so much air freshener without any clean air is not healthy. Woman staying in the same room did not book a room on her name but they did let her stay. She was pregnant with obvious issues and she was pretty upset and scary.

Everything was clean, nice and quiet. After one night i didnt find any problems with the hostel.
