Good 4 star hotel

Breakfast was good. I liked the bread choices and veggies and dip (hummus better than guacamole for breakfast). The door handle/digital lock falling off in my hand when we first arrived and being unable to get in for the first 2.5 hours of our first day (after a sleepless overnight flight from the US) did not start us off well.

Nice staff Needs updating, quite tired looking rooms. Rooms not soundproof. Internet very bad. Staff were ok and it’s not too far from attractions but area isn’t the greatest.

The staff were lovely, the room was so nice and had a luxurious feel to it, the bathroom was especially nice. I had my birthday while staying at the hotel and when I came back to the room, they had set out a cute cake tasting board and gifted me a speaker! So grateful, would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Valencia The wifi in my room was really bad

The quality of the accommodation. The attitude of the staff. The breakfast room environment. We found service slow throughout our visit - in almost every situation - but we couldn't understand why registration at the hotel took so long. It was acknowledged with free drinks but after a long journey.... The hot food at breakfast was not very hot. There was no English Breakfast tea!

We had a suite, what meant 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 bathrooms ,2 minibars. It was a good sized appartement, very clean and nice, we could even live there

everything!!

Location is excellent for the arts quarter and marina plus good conections by team to city. The rooms are large and beds quite comfortable. Very clean. No coffee (not even instant) in the room. Air conditioning did not really work even with maintenance. Generally in need of a bit of TLC - the walls/ceilings etc are very tired and need decorating. Staff excellent and helpful - best thing about the hotel to be honest.

The welcome and helpfulness at Reception, particularly Anna who went above and beyond to find us a roof top viewing place for the total eclipse! Excellent customer service by her. Very large towels for washing which was nice. Shower flooded first day but plumber came quickly and had to clear the drain. Safe needed attention before I could use it, maintenance came very quickly.
