The location was great! The air conditioning system.

The location is convenient, and the staff were polite and friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the room was generally clean. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It simply did not cool the room. We called the reception, and a technician came, but he insisted everything was working properly and told us to wait. Unfortunately, the room temperature never went below 27°C, making it hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable throughout our stay. Because of this, we checked out at 9:00 a.m. instead of our planned 3:00 p.m. Our room was at the end of the corridor, where the carpet had several visible stains. The bathroom showed clear signs of age, with rust and cosmetic repairs that did not hide the overall worn condition. Overall, the hotel feels outdated and would benefit from renovation.

Room took forever to reach a confortable temperature due to the fact that the thermometer is set up to a certain temperature in this case 27 degree. After complaining a technician came to the room and came up with a lame excuse that "By law, room cannot be colder than what it is at the moment." At the end, I left and extra key on the slot in order to have the A/C on 24 hours a day and still this was not enough. Also its time to change some of the old bath towers because they appeared to be turning yellow.

Helpful staff During night people hangout in front of the entrance of the hotel, talking loud and laughing. Very unpleasant. Could not get asleep until they left at 1 am. The windows shut didn’t help. Not soundproof.

The staff was really nice and tried to make my experience better Super old hotel, doesn’t look anything like on the photos, rooms are super small and uncomfortable, pool and terrace are a joke. The hotel really really needs a renovation

Location Restaurant staff were not the best need training on manners Sockets in room not working reported it but wasn’t fixed, car park was extremely tight for large car (XC90)

Place wasn’t too clean and definitely needs some work done. Corners in the bathrooms and holes and so much dirt plus I noticed some bugs walking around.

Roof top pool was a treat Rooms-Air Conditioner was rubbish & also difficult getting in and out of the shower-due to the height of the bath to step over!

I like they had everyting functional and in good condition. The staff was well manered Didn't quite feel like 4 stars. Idk. The room was smaller than expected. There was little to no ventilator in the bathroom.

Location is excellent, close enough to everything and far enough from crowd The property has passed its prime and shows signs of aging. Swimming pool and gym are small

Breakfast My suv was damaged exiting the parking lot garage and I would not recommend using it to park your vehicle. Too small and narrow to maneuver.

Good location, clean. Room very small and dark, a bit dated, not very comfortable. Parking not easy as very narrow entrance.

Location...perfect for Valencia 10km run. Clean. Ease of checkout at desk. Online check in option tedious...gave up in end. Hard bed.
