Location was great One of the front desk personnel was rude but was only one person, overall the stay was great

Bathtub was dangerous to clime in and out for us. Too high. Shower wall was not good water goes out to floor. Bad set up for a Shawnee.

Left a book in the room when departing that was very important to me personally - texted the hotel 1.5 hours after departing that it's very dear to my heart and if they can please secure it immediately and send it to me, but they just threw it away. Have never experienced something like this before and its extremely disrespectful towards guest to just throw away their belongings left behind only because easier for the hotel.

During afternoon hours the rooms facing the street was very noisy. Traffic and motos was horrible, no way to catch a nap. Windows should be soundproof for those rooms.

Location (we wanted easy access to the opera house, and easy access by car). Garage was easy to use. Rooftop bar. Big bed in big room with nice shower. Impressive breakfast buffet, including manned hot-food station, and in sunny room at street level. Modern and fresh. Elevators got overloaded during peak times, such as early evening bar time.

Loved the breakfast, bed and pillows. Thr shower half glass door should have been longer so the floor would not get wet.

the smell of cleaning products or room deodorant is unbearable, I had to keep my window open all the time. I asked for an invoice, they said they will mail it to me in a couple of hours, they did not...

Location To little closet space, unklear how to operate safe in room, no one came to help.

Room was very nice with amazing views over the local landmarks. Breakfast had an amazing range of foods which were always fully stocked We had booked this hotel given it had a rooftop pool however it wasn’t until we actually got to the rooftop that we were made aware the pool was not open during our stay. It would have been nice to have been told this beforehand. The aircon in our room had a fault error on it during our stay. The downstairs lobby area needs more plugs for guests to charge their appliances.
