Very clean and comfortable rooms, with a modern design. Great location for both access to the town centre and beach! There are also lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The pool is also smaller than it looks in the pictures, quite shallow and was packed full of people which meant swimming wasn’t particularly enjoyable. Staff seemed stressed and overly busy, perhaps due to understaffing? For example, we ordered room service of a peppermint tea and it never arrived. Additionally, when we tried to book into breakfast they told us that they were too busy so we went elsewhere, and yet upon checking out they tried to charge us for breakfast and towels for the pool. We felt more like an imposition rather than hotel guests, which would prevent us from staying again or recommending the hotel. However, this was towards the end of peak tourist season and so I can understand the staffs disposition.

Very clean & staff were lovely and very helpful Breakfast was excellent Pool was a bit small and rooms were a bit small but we were were a party of 6 2 ads & 4 kids 3 in each room - so that’s prob why they felt small but they were lovely and clean - ideal for short stay which is what we were doing

Nice rooms, comfy bed and the refreshing drinks everyday :) Perfect location: beach was 30 mins, city center also 30 mins Cute towels by the pool :) We were not allowed to eat our own food by the pool whereas others were having their beer and smoking by and around the pool. Coffee during breakfast was not tasty and when trying to take hot water for tea it was full of cofee bean parts, making it questionable when was the last time the coffee machine was cleaned

The location is great for the museums, it’s kinda located near the beach and the old town, which was handy for buses, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the general vibe of the hotel was great!

Great location & lovely staff. Breakfast also very good. Lifts were slow/busy. Pool small but it is city centre so understandable.

Location was perfect , the hotel is newly renovated and clean. Gym access is open 24/7. Breakfast is varied The pool was too small ( in the pictures they maxed look way bigger!) there was always a problem with the elevator during our stay. There is no water kettle in the room, I requested one several times from management as I needed hot water for medical purposes and they refused to give me one ( although I told them i don’t need any tea or coffee I just need to boil water! They still rejected my requests and said I need to upgrade your room to get a kettle!!!!!!!
