Centrally located to everything - beach, calatrava, Old City… N/A

It was clean, comfortable beds, nice location. The pool area was also great. The pool was a bit small for such a big hotel, but that didn’t stop us from using it

The overall experience was highly disappointing. The only genuinely positive aspect of this hotel was the quality of the food at the main restaurant. At first glance, the price seemed like excellent value for a four-star hotel, but it quickly became clear that the experience aligns more with a low three-star standard. One of the first issues was the check-in time of 4:00 PM, which is unusually late compared to the typical 2:00 PM standard. We had requested early check-in due to traveling with a toddler who needs an afternoon nap. While I understand this depends on availability, the late standard check-in time itself is already inconvenient for families. Unfortunately, the room condition was unacceptable. Both the floor and bathroom were not properly cleaned, and the toilet seat was broken upon arrival. Despite reporting these issues to reception, nothing was resolved during our stay. Housekeeping was also poorly managed. On the third day, no attempt was made to clean the room until 3:30 PM—precisely when our child was sleeping. Instead, we received a note under the door stating that housekeeping only works until 2:00 PM and that we should contact reception if we needed towels. This lack of coordination is frustrating and not in line with expected hotel standards. The room amenities felt cheap and poorly considered. The bedding (pillows, duvets, and sheets) was of low quality, and even had visible price tags attached. Disposable cups were provided and never replaced after first use. Basic touches such as slippers were missing entirely. Even the blackout curtains were ineffective, as they were too narrow to properly cover the windows. The pool area was another disappointment. It is significantly smaller than it appears in photos, and the outdoor furniture is both outdated and insufficient for the number of guests. Finding a sunbed was difficult, and at times there were simply not enough places to sit.

Nicely maintained place Elevators were broken. Booking process through Booking.com was difficult - intrusive and bureaucratic.

Location great. Staff helpful and atmosphere relaxed No spa on Monday because of unforseen works. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Well had to go home Thursday morning. So never got to the spa. Only available slot was Saturday evening 8pm. It couldn't be done for us. Too late

The spa area is good, with various facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and different types of saunas.

Nice hotel with facilities like the spa, massages, restaurant. The beds were nice and the room spacious and clean The room didn’t have any coffee or tea, like I see in similar hotels. And it was a bit pricey but I guess it was because of the events in the city

First room I got smelled awful. I think cigarettes, but deeply embedded in the room/walls/bed. I got it changed though and the second room was better. Also, on both rooms the window was not fully closing and the outside noice was easily heard.

The hotel was fab.. great location, lovely staff and excellent breakfast buffet. The only downfall it has are the lifts. I currently have a broken ankle so can't go down the stairs and I also have a child in a pram. This morning we waited 20 mins for a lift, in those 20 mins three lifts stopped on our floor and all were full, so we ended up finding another lift (I'm guessing it's the staff lift) where the stairs are and used that one.

The pool area, not enough beds and the pool is quite small. The location is quite far from the city centre.

During my recent stay, I was disappointed with the level of customer service. I requested an iron as I had a business meeting, but was told that the hotel does not provide one and that nothing could be done to help me. I had to force them to help me out. For a four-star hotel, I would expect staff to be more accommodating and willing to assist guests in such situations. This lack of support created unnecessary stress during my trip. Overall, the property may be suitable for leisure stays, but for business travelers, the lack of basic amenities and willingness to provide solutions makes it less than ideal.

Hotl was great Breakfast venue was a bit of a canteen. You should consider having screens or plants for more privacy.

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

Brilliant location, staff were so nice and helpful. Thank you for such a great holiday.. The pool can get over crowded and black out curtains in rooms need to be bigger..

Location and services at bar and front desk A/C could have been better
