Far from the beach and some touristic locations

The air conditioning was broken and could not be fixed during my stay. The room was freezing cold, while the weather outside was extremely hot. Because the AC was stuck at a very low temperature, it had to be turned off completely. The room was also very noisy. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience for a one-night stay.

Staff were excellent, very efficient and helpful. Pool was great - but bring your own towel. Room was very nice and clean. Parking was easy and safe. No issues. Beds were not comfortable and the A/C was not strong, I was still very hot all night.

The best location and quality for the price in Valencia.

Large bright room with comfortable beds. As seniors we prefer walk-in-showers. Step in tubs are not as comfortable. Buffet breakfast was pretty good value and convenient.

We liked the location, the bathroom size, we liked the facility and the hotel as a whole. We did not have a view. The room was really dark and gloomy.

The only good thing is the location of the hotel. The following things are not acceptable for a 4-star hotel: - There is no coffee nor black/green tea in the rooms, and the reception was not helpful ; they wanted us to purchase them at the bar; - There are no fresh towels nor water at the gym, the sports equipment was pretty old, the whole gym looked abandoned; - Although the weather was good, the pool was closed and the reception told us that the pool is open only during the “summer period” (which is conveniently not precise); - 1 out of the 3 elevators was broken during our whole stay, and the second one broke down mid-stay, and the waiting time was therefore excessive and it naturally resulted in unnecessary waiting lines in front of the elevators; - The rooms are not soundproof; someone’s alarm rang the entire night, which disrupted our sleep; - The bed mattress was super uncomfortable; - The toilet flush was not working properly; - There is no power outlet at each sides of the bed.

The property is well located, The service they provide is extremely poor. My room has no air conditioning, and they made no effort to move me to another room. Sleeping in these conditions is unacceptable.

Room for a 4 stars hotel are smaller

3 beds in one room was really nice. Parking was convenient. Great location. It was beautiful spring weather and the room was pretty warm. The building’s air conditioning was not turned on yet.

It was close to walking distance to many restaurants and touristic areas. There were rats, roaches, the rooms were hot with no ac and the staff was super rude when I attempted to leave early they couldn’t guarantee a refund because their boss was out until after my stay was already over.

Location and parking were the only two things I liked about this hotel The hotel desperately needs total renovation!!! We changed the room thrice. In the first room the bathroom facing the bed wasn’t shutting properly. So there was problem with privacy when sitting on the toilet, if you know what I meant;) . So we changed the room , but the next day I guess there was some kind of problem with the sewerage system and we literally had a “gas attack”: the stench was deadly. So we changed the room again. There was too some kind of weird smell…

Incredible location, right in the center of Valencia near the Turia. Check in experience was very easy and quick, the room is lovely and big with a bath. Great views from the upper floors. Check out was also very quick and easy. This is a very tiny criticism, but the air conditioning in the room is on a summer/winter schedule. So if you get a warm day in March as we did, it can be tricky to keep the room cool. But we just opened the window, problem solved.

The location was nice and that's where it ended. The flooring which was some kind of paper was peeling. The air conditioning didn't work and when I told the reception about it, the person just shrugged. There was a weird odor in the floor lobby. The bathroom flooring had stains. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Nice and clean. Nothing, hotel stay was great.
