Pleasant room with comfy beds and great bathroom. Storage provided and plenty of light. Windows open on to balcony and there is good aircon. Pool and sauna on ground floor. Quiet street quite near the riverbed park, walking distance from old town and bus to the sea opposite. Supermarket 2 mins walk. Coffee making facilities would have been nice - you can buy coffee at reception.

The hotel is in a very nice location, just a short distance from Turia Park. The ladies at the reception were absolutely lovely - extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel itself is small, but it has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. There is also a nice lounge area where guests can relax and wait if the room is not ready yet, which we found very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The location is quite good. AC didn’t work before we arrived, it was extremely hot inside the room. Also there is no ac on the floor. The room looked clean but the floor was dusty. The washroom is very old. So the difference with hotels which are located in city center was like 30-50€ per night. On the picture it’s look really nice but in real are the cheapest materials in one room. And the breakfast! Even for 9€ the quality isn’t good, better to take a croissant with good coffee at Abe breakfast place near.

Location is great for the old town 30min walk and also the beach 45min walk. Lovely staff, clean, comfortable. The shower didn’t have hot water. Only slightly warm.

Rooms were very clean, staff were very warm ,friendly ,helpful and professional . I was a solo traveler and one thing I feel the hotel is missing is a commuinal area we're you could have a coffee or beer during the day or evening and Interact with other guest. I think it could be possible witht he set up the hotel has utilising the breakfast room or have a couple of tables covered outside. I think it would add to the expeirence

Great location, staff couldn’t have been more helpful! We didn’t get her name unfortunately but one particular member of staff went out of her way to ask in local shops if my son’s toy had been handed in! (We lost it on day one!) Cleaners came in every time we put the sign in our door and the room was always cleaned well. Comfortable as well - well worth paying extra for a larger room for us personally on our first trip abroad with our 2 year old. Nothing, however could have been better if the hotel had a restaurant or offered other meals not just breakfast, but there is plenty of places to eat locally, we would’ve found it easier to eat at the hotel because of our child and the times we choose to eat didn’t align up with the siesta breaks in the town

Great staff, at reception, the rooms and breakfast room. Good spacey room, airco, great bed, bathroom clean and good shower products from Rituals. Used the pool too, nice water temperature. Good location meters away from bus stop for The center and the beach. The WiFi didn’t work in the room. The staff reset it but it didn’t help. It needs to be improved especially when wanting to work on laptop. The swimming pool area had loungers but 2 of them quite wobbly and would need repaired.
