I liked how big and clean the room was. It was very aesthetically pleasing too. The location was great too my cabs were only 10-15 minutes everywhere (old town, beach and mall) The WiFi was so slow and kept disconnecting. Had to use data in my room the whole trip which was very frustrating as my booking stated fast speed WiFi so I felt misled. The TV also said it had YouTube and Netflix but it didn’t work. My shower also didn’t go on hot mode the water was cold.

The bathroom was very nice and big and clean. We loved the big mirror with extra lighting. There was an unpleasant odor in the halls and a little bit in the rooms and it felt like there was no air in the halls.

Great location, varied breakfast and very warm, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the room was stuffy and had an unpleasant smell. The furniture was poorly maintained, dirty and covered in mould. The leather office chair was completely mouldy, which was particularly unpleasant and concerning from a hygiene perspective.

Location It would be nice if they could occasionally offer something different for breakfast. The selection is good, but having a few new options from time to time would make the breakfast experience even better.

Lovely staff, very clean. Location good for purpose of trip. If we wanted a beach holiday, would be better choosing hotel nearer to such.

Everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The only downside was the price. Valencia was exceptionally busy that weekend, and hotel rates were very high across the city. This wasn't specific to the hotel, but overall the value for money in Valencia was lower than expected.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and had a wide selection. Location is great and within a short walk you're in the center

We had the penthouse - really worth the extra money. The suite was huge. The staff were fantastic. A bit far from the old town and beach but uber was easy to order. About 8 euros each way.

rooms were nothing like on the photos, furniture is old, one night towels were really dirty and for breakfast there’s eggs, toast, hot dogs and that’s it, sadly i’m really disappointed
