Location, service comfort, size Pool area not managed avoiding people reserving limited number of sun beds and then going off for the day.

I liked the location. The building is right next to a bus stop, making everything more accessible. We also liked the bar, which had a good selection of food and friendly staff. They played the World Cup at the bar, so we didn’t have to go far. I didn’t like that the pool closed at 9pm, which was quite early in the summertime; sunset is at 9:45pm. They should extend pool hours until it’s dark, when guests can relax after a busy day. Also, it would be better to have a bar or food service at poolside. We arrived an hour after check in time, but the extra bed was not made. Housekeeping had to come and fix it. The hotel needs a little upgrade, i think. Overall, it was good for the price we paid.

The AC was not working in our room. We had to change to a smaller room. Swimming pool was closed.

Staff were personal and very professional. English speaking staff were a real plus for us. Exceptional breakfast buffet included with room charges.

Didn't have breakfast there but ate just around the corner which was excellent and affordable The shower floor was very slippery and actually the shower was unsafe and hazardous. There were no safety handles or bars in the shower and someone could have easily fallen, hurt themselves, and sued the hotel, probably winning and collecting a large fee. FIX THE SHOWERS IN ALL YOUR HOTELS.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was big. Nice rooms. Nice view. The pool was closed and we were never told of this. We were not told at check in. We learned this from a poster in the lift. The staff did not seem to care at all. They said that they had let all the platforms know.

Rooms were spacious, clean, quite modern. What I found a little unpleasant: breakfast room is an inside room and no cappuccino was available, there could be something better with a view; only 1 lift was working out of 3 which let to long waiting lines; outside pool was closed; the price was higher than what I would expect comparing to other cities.

Great hotel. Beautiful lobby. Very large rooms. Great verity and quality of breakfast. We had a great experience. Bad wifi. Location is ok, not amazing. 20 minute walk from places of interest. There are busses near by to everywhere you need so not a big issue.
