Adorable and helpful staff – cool vintage interior design and excellent value in a great location in Valencia – it's amazing to have a convenient and safe place inside the hotel to park rental bikes overnight. Wifi is reliable. The window in the room did not close reliably and let mosquitoes in — It was fixed by buying some insecticide. The TV system is sometimes a bit unreliable but offers a wide selection of international channels.

The staff and the closeness to city center Very small room, A/C was controlled could not lower below 22°C, could barely hear TV.

Hografic Hotel is a solid choice for a Valencia vacation, mainly thanks to its excellent location within easy walking distance of key attractions. The staff truly stand out — friendly, professional, and always ready to help, especially at reception, where support feels attentive and personal. Overall, the service adds a welcoming touch that makes the stay smooth and enjoyable. There are a few details that could make a big difference, like some general maintenance and a little bit of renovation. The walls are also quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be noticeable. These aren’t deal-breakers, but worth knowing if you’re sensitive to comfort details.

The staff was fantastic and off street (paid) parking very convenient. The shower had mold and could be cleaner.

The location was great, very close to the Center of Science and Art and the Turia Gardens, there’s a bus stop right across that takes you to the old city center or you can walk 20 minutes through Russafa which is a really nice area. The staff were nice, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. It was all ok. There’s no staff at night but you can call of you need anything and your card opens the door outside.

The location of the accommodation is perfect!!! Very close to the city center and to the park of the city. The fresh orange juice that they served you for breakfast was perfect and the study staff were quite pleasant. We pay quite more for what we got. The room was small and very dark, missing the nature daylight even during the day. The room smelled and was unventilated. The walls were very old and not repaired, so there is a high possibility to find bungs inside the room.

Welcome stuff Clean room Location I expected a better breakfast, no eggs or omelette, no salad as tomatoes, one type of cheese, also for fresh cakes there's was no choice...a lot of packed mini sponge The room no long mirror and uncomfortable mattress and not enough space to hang the clothes

The location is great, staff is friendly The room was awful — the worst bed I have ever slept in. The air conditioning wasn't working, which made it very uncomfortable. The window faced an internal courtyard, so it couldn't really be opened without sacrificing all privacy, as everyone could see inside. To make matters worse, the courtyard smelled strongly of sewage.

Nice boutique hotel with very welcoming staff. Had solutions for late checkin and all went smoothly. Small cozy breakfast (without omelette), but they could accomodate gluten free diet. Towels changed daily. Location is perfect. We were very pleased with our stay.

I liked the location of the hotel in City Centre close enough to walk to various attractions. Nice welcome on arrival. Given map of city and shown areas for attractions and area for eating. Got shown to room which was appreciated. All staff friendly. Room is comfortable and enough for short stay. Breakfast is Continental and good start to a day. Directly opposite the hotel you can enter Turia Gardens almost 9 kilometres of green space used for walking running cycling and various sports or just chilling out. A vibrant yet calming area well used by everyone A special spot in beautiful Valencia. No matter how careful you tried to be the bathroom floor got wet when taking a shower as the glass panel only covers 3/4 of shower with remaining open. Nothing else.
