Capsule Inn Valencia Hostel

It's fairly central. Pictures match fairly well. In a 38 (100 F) degree heat wave, advertising AC when it's either not functioning properly, or non-existent, is a potential health hazard - particularly for those with health conditions or older folks.

Location and early check in Capsule was uncomfortable and felt like a sauna when sleeping. Needs ac in the capsule itself. Couldn’t get a towel from vending machine and had to go by a kids towel from a store down the road.

The location and beds were nice The customer service was through a ring doorbell. The bathrooms were not very clean or comfortable.

The vibe and experience of the capsules/dorm Unfortunately capsules are just plastic cartons, you can hear everything and everyone from miles away, while "trying" to sleep I definitely heard people on the corridor. People that stay there don't respect the silence rule and they just come back in the middle of the night slamming each door left and right (the capsules doors can be slammed easily and it can wake up an elephant). Doesn't matter that capsules might be on the other side of the room, you can still almost everything, even if the doors are closed

They said there would be 24/7 reception but there was a number to call someone and no physical staff on the property. Bathrooms were gross. Super noisy. Lockers didn’t work well.

Its a bit cumbersome but its not that bad once you get used to it, which doesnt take long. Shower's useable I guess? Although a bit awkward in the positioning. You will not have a temperature option, but it will give you vaguely warm water, which is acceptable for a night or two honestly. You can leave your bags in lockers after you check out, for which you pay 5 euros or something like that. Getting in the first time is a bit difficult but there's so much people others can help you enter. For the 51-60, lockers are not near you at all

It was unique and a fun experience The people also staying there had no consideration for others making noise all night and early morning no regard for people sleeping

There was no sound isolation, you'll hear everything We were in a double capsule for 2 people, but there was only one power outlet. And usb port for charging was not working.

Staff was great and the facilitues were clean. Easy check in, interesting concept. Futuristic, look attention to detail. A bit of artistic touch. Yet, is it not comfortable, you are sharing facilities with a lot of different people. Shared bathrooms and kitchen. Occasionally, uninvited, people may come in by piggybacking. At first glance, it seemed a little bit insecure for a living valuables. However, at the end, it seemed fine.

Nice location, fancy design of the capsules, virtual assistant replying quickly and polite. Very clean, bathrooms are ok as well. Despite of having a lot of people, it feels totally safe even for single travelers. Good choice for quick and cheap trips and it's quite fun experience. It is unbearably HOT inside the capsule. There is ventilation, but not air conditioner. It doesn't help much, but produce such noise that it's impossible to sleep without earplugs (and you will be charged 1€ for them, which is not quite fair). Charges for towels and slippers are also sad, we decided just not to take shower. Capsules are made from cheap plastic, everything is shaking and producing sound. No sound proof, you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing. Entering the inn was confusing, I lack some instructions on that. Not possible to store things after check-out, all the dedicated lockers are not working for some reason.

It’s a very interesting experience to sleep in the capsule, a little feel of space adventure. Online receptionist is good. I think it would be nicer if they have some screens which is showing space not only the pictures. In the same time it feels like the place need their renovation. Capsule INN - marketing is poor I created a video for them which 1000 people watched and they don’t even share it on their social media. Online receptionist is asking home address and many other details before confirming the booking, which makes no sense for me., all this data can be gathered from Booking.com - just wasting time of guests and administration. Showers was giving super extreme hot water., you can fresh those only with a cold water. First hostel, which is not offering tea or coffee in my entire experience. Even Water, you should buy it, they don’t have free drinking water nor tea nor coffee. I consider this extremely cheap. Along with towel and slippers which you get for 3€ extra

Great location near the train station, facilities were clean, but smelly and stuffy Zero staff available even in an emergency. Set a check in time during posted reception hours and still no one was there. Someone was sleeping in the kitchen area overnight. A young man fell and hit his head in the morning, was bleeding profusely and white as a sheet. Still staff never came. Guests were trying to care for him without missing their trains waiting for an ambulance. Lack of decency to have someone on call to show up for emergencies was appalling. What if it were me or my family member?!? We didn't even know the guy's name. Such a huge gap in safety has lead us to question any hostel with all self check-in/out. While it sounds convenient it is actually just a corner being cut to save the owners money at the expense of guest safety.

Easy check in, easy access & great location

It was cheap Someone stole my jacket from my locker and I had to ask to check the cameras, but even though there were signs that said that the locker area was surveilled, the reception said there were no actual cameras. The bathrooms smelled a bit and it was quite far from the center, but close to the train station. they only have towels for rent. The capsules were okay but we could hear absolutely everything, other people's alarms, steps and noises. Overall it was a good price but I had a bad experience.

The only problem was that some people were making phone calls in their capsule which disturbed everyone’s environment, so they need to do something about that
