TV was not working, blinds were not working, shower door was broken

This beautiful apartment is in a calm neighborhood, 15 mins walking to the old city and all sightseeing. Mercadona is very close. The whole building belongs to this Libere apartment so we felt safe staying there. We liked how every little detail is taken care of. The kitchen has everything you need for a long stay. There is an elevator which is very convenient. The air conditioner in both rooms. And we loved the terrace! We had an issue with the boiler which stopped working and the support team in the chat sent a person to us and fixed it very quickly. Thank you for this attitude, it made our stay pleasant. The pipes are smelly. I can see that the owners try to fix this with deodorants and it's really nothing they can do about the building construction, I believe. But for some people that might be a problem. The bed isn't big enough for two people (again because of the room size and construction of the building), so if you are a tall man, that might be uncomfortable.

-Location was very comfortable for us as well as the elevator and wheelchair access in the first apartment, no easy access on the second one. -Design of the apartment was nice -Friendly housekeeping -Dishwasher available as well as dishwasher and washing machine soap for couple of days Unfortunately, way to many bad things to mention: - The room we booked, was not what what we got, as we got yes, a big studio, but not a 1 bedroom as booked. Management changed our apartment, however this one did not have wheel chair access, which we really needed. - One of the reasons we booked was of the big terrace, however useless as there wasn't a single chair or table to enjoy it. Management said will look in to it, with no action at the end of our 10 days stay. - Smell in all three apartments we visited was quite uncomfortable, just like dirty pipes - First night we arrive, there was no bedsheets for the sofa bed, they gave me access to a vacant apartment to go get bedsheets from it's bed and arrange it myself back in our apartment - You would say in 10days booking at least one cleaning or 2 has to be schedule by the host, which was done at the end of the day, but felt like I was asking for something extraordinary - The RAT spotted in the entrance hall did not make our stay any more comfortable - NO PARKING offered and quite difficult to park in the surroundings, we ended paying a small fortune for paid parking in a near by square.

It would have been really useful if the property provided some disposable slippers.

Great location and the price was nice. The mattress and blanket were awful.

it’s not something we dislike, but rather a constructive suggestion: it would be helpful to provide a larger pot in the kitchen. Since it was quite difficult to cook pasta for everyone at once. That said, we reached out to customer service and they responded quickly with helpful solutions.

Breakfast was not served, even though it was refunded, I had to pay foreign currency charges from the bank twice.

The customer service is truly excellent!! We had originally booked a small studio room but upon arrival it smelled very very strongly of perfume or really intense cleaning supplies. After calling Libere they sent someone over within about an hour. When the smell still wouldn’t abate Libere offered to change us to another room. Javier was quick to respond and solved the problem so quickly and kindly. We moved to a room in another of their buildings and it turned out to be a huge upgrade. I really can’t thank them enough for changing us to a different room and solving what would have been a really unpleasant evening! Thank you!!! The cleaning solution in the first room. Everything in the second apartment was fantastic!! Really nice decoration and very comfortable beds and towels. Would stay again!

Everything was excellent, the accommodation was very clean. The location is great, about a 15-minute walk from the train station and very close to the city center. Everything you need is nearby. Also, the bus station is right behind the building.

Exceptional

The location was good In the one bedroom apartment we were faced with several unpleasant surprises that make this offer inappropriate given the price point: - there is a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom, coming from the sink - the door, both in the bathroom and bedroom are set incorrectly and do not close but roll back. the lock in the bathroom door is super hard to open - the TV is only in spanish, apparently for 'security resons'. It's a smart TV not connected to the internet, so we could not watch netflix or other subscriptions. This is not clearly stated in the hotel page and in the end booking an apartment with a TV room proved useless for us - there is a boiler, or water heater in the bedroom (behind a small door) and if you make the mistake of showering in the evening, it makes super loud noises the entire night All in all stay away from this place, there must be better options for the price

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and even included a thoughtful welcome gift. The location was great, with shops nearby, a bus stop just a minute away, and the metro station within walking distance. It was very quiet, as our entrance was through an inner garden, away from the street. The only downside was the mattress, which was far too soft and uncomfortable, making it hard to get proper rest.

The apartment location was really good, a lot of restaurants around, easy access to bus station, walking distance to the center. The studio apartment room was big, with the kitchen amenities included. The check in was really smooth, no keys or cards involved - you receive a code and use it to get into the building and apartment. The bed itself was small and not that comfortable - 135cm width - so not quite enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably throughout the night. The staff also helped really quick on our second day to fix an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom, but over our stay we couldn't feel it went completely away. Also, if you book the studio apartments (like we did), they are adjacent to the main building and quickly accessible only through the main hall. However the main door of the apartment doesn't seem to fit completely in the door frame (when you are inside the apartment) so there is a small gap where the outside air comes in constantly. This wouldn't be an issue in the summer, but it wasn't that warm when we visited, even with the AC on heat mode.

They use an automated system that sends you the address and door code so there is no need to rendezvous with somebody to gain access to the apartment. Apartments are clean and newly renovated. Our main problem was with the water heater located in the apartment. We have stayed in numerous apartments in Spain but never experienced the noise level made by these heaters. They sound like a large refrigerator and are located close to the bed so are very disruptive and make it difficult to sleep.

I was very impressed, really good value for money. Very clean, very spacious, great location. Will definitely come back.
