Great quiet location in the heart of the city. Everything is walkable or can be reached by the metro. The rooms are small but cute and have all the necessary amenities one would need. The bottom floor guest space is nice to have for water or a cup of tea. The staff are great and friendly and extremely helpful. All in all a lovely stay. Everything was great.

Although the rooms are quite small, it is clean and the space is well organized. I appreciated the space downstairs with complimentary cold / hot water to drink and tea. It was a bit noisy as the walls are quite thin and you can almost hear what the neighbors are talking.

The room was very clean and cozy. Everyday staff came to clean it. The receptionist was always ready to help. Excellent location. Although the room was quite small I had everything I needed. Beds were really comfortable. Silent at night.

Easy checking, comfortable beds and really clean. A bit noisy as we were on a zero floor and some other folks were with kids on the first floor. We could hear them walking and playing.

The location was good and close to the metro from the airport The doors were noisy when the guest next to you closed them - we kept the fan on after the first night, so it didn’t bother us

The bed was spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet so you could get a nice sleep. Place has an elevator and a cabinet for baggage storage if needed, which I found very useful on my early arrival to the city. Overall great value. The flushing pressure on the bathroom (I stayed on room 203) was rather weak. But did work.

Location is amazing, walking distance to everything but lovely cozy street. Everybody speaks English. They were extremely helpful and trying to fulfill everything I kindly asked for. Room pictures on the site are perfect match with the exact rooms. Everything is decorated with taste and exceptionally clean. Go there if you don't need breakfast or lunch or dinner since they do not offer food. Everything was superb!

N/A - Location is great Rooms are a tad small though this is indicated in the photos. There were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom (this can happen in Summer in Valencia).

Great location. Easy check-in process and great communication with the team on-site already before arrival via WhatsApp. Recommended for a city trip with partner or friends. Room was quite small, bit challenging to place our small carry-on suitcases without them being in the way when moving around the room.

Bathroom size and design, mattress and pillow were right soft/hard level. Neighborhood was awesome- we were able to walk many places and easily get public transportation The street and neighborhood were quiet but we could hear when our neighbors flushed toilet, showered and even once when they sneezed!

Right on the beach, but very compact. Good price. Very compact but adequate facilities.

Room was a little small, construction nearby got noisy some mornings.
