Very friendly and welcoming staff, good location for exploring Valencia, and the air conditioning worked very well once the room had cooled down. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The main issue was having to choose between cooling and housekeeping: if we removed the room card, the AC stopped and the fourth-floor room became very hot, but leaving a card in made the system think we were inside, so cleaning was skipped. The initial cleaning also could have been better, with some shaving residue and a razor cover left in the shower and used sanitary products still in the bin. The family-room layout was a little awkward too, as the unfolded sofa bed partly blocked the fridge and the shower door hit the second shower head.

Spacious, light airy room Easy walking distance to Rufaza and Old City, Quart, and metro. Friendly staff Minor dislikes: Leaky shower and a/c wasn’t great, but record hot temps and room is in direct sunlight.

The hotel had great character and was in a beautiful old building. Plenty of places to eat nearby and in an interesting area. Loved the bed. Huge and comfortable. The room was lovely but very tight!

Very nice staff. The room was no frills but very comfortable and quiet. It was good! Just could use a better towel rack situation.

Even before our arrival, she was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and responsive, helping us with all our questions and requests. Throughout our stay, Carmen was always available, friendly, and willing to assist with recommendations, information, and anything else we needed. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Carmen played a significant role in making our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Employees like her are the true face of a hotel and leave a lasting impression on guests. Thank you, Carmen, for all your help and kindness.
