The room got a bit hot at night. It would've been good to turn on the AC or the ceiling fan. Not much else to complain about.

The location
-
The place was impressive at first. A full kitchen and 2 bathrooms was really cool! The towels that we got were really clean. Toilets could use a bit more toilet paper. Only one each is not enough. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was calm and quiet and close to the city center! First of all I’m gonna say about the cockroaches. Alive and some dead cause the place was fully sprayed with Teza. I get it that it’s a semi underground room but the image of so many big cockroaches makes the place look dirty and the feeling that you breathe all the poison is frightening. Other than that some mentions I have to note is the sofa was a bit filthy, the bed on the ground floor was shaking a lot. And the toilets itselves were moving from their place as we were sitting on them lmao

location, helpful staff, fully equipped kitchen, common areas, clean, organization, frequency of cleaning. I had 2 separate bookings and the first room was amazing with sturdy bunk beds and curtains on the bed, nightstand, lockers, plugs and everything. The second room I stayed had no curtains on the bed and some broken lockers. Bathrooms were for the whole floor so it could get crowded at times but clean

The location, staff and resto Needs improvement

Luggage storage and the kitchen.

Beds are uncomfortable. Kitchen hours are short. No control over school kids making so much noise, banging doors, making unpleasant stay/sleep at nights.

Kind and helpful staff, the private room was clean and comfortable with a private bathroom - excellent value. Easy check in process and nice to have access to a communal kitchen if needed. I saw some reviews about bedbugs in the shared hostel rooms but no issues with that for us. The shower was partially open/missing a pane, so water would just spray directly out and flood the bathroom….?! We just used the handheld and faced away to avoid this but it really should have an additional window pane/door. The staff said that was the way it was designed, including in some other hostels around Spain, but that seems like quite a flaw… Also some other travellers likely helped themselves to the food I put in the communal kitchen fridge. The noise outside is a little loud as all the private rooms are just on the 2nd floor, and neighbours are loud coming and going, so it’s best if you have earplugs or are a heavier sleeper.

Unreasonable to find the kitchen facilities/lounge were not available before 8.30 am

However, there were no security cameras in many areas, including the kitchen. My belongings were even stolen, despite clearly being mine. There was no security for items in the kitchen or the house. It was a bad experience. Keep your belongings, whether food or clothes, with you. Thank you.

Good all around value, great staff!

Easy check in nice staff good Wi-Fi nice restaurant Personal lockers in room. Kitchen. Rooms felt outdated. Old school bunks and transient people. Didn’t feel like a travel hostel. Good back up option but wouldn’t be my first choice. Not my favorite location.

definitely not “youth”

Good location. Bathroom stalls need hooks in the back of the doors. No soap in the bathroomsink dispenser. Weird bunk beds.

Location, spacious room, possibility of using the kitchen (and microwave!). It was very lovely and flexible. Hostel is well connected to other parts of town. Luggage storage is free! Too far from metro, there was a smell in the room from the bathroom, bed wasn’t a double bed but two single beds put together. Overall good value for the price so we are very pleased.

The kitchen should open before 8,30am.
-
Beds in dorm had no curtains, no sockets, no reading lamps, no towel - pretty bad as for western europe
-
Recipient's Services Should be 24 Hours.
-
It doesn't have individual lights near the bed. No socket beside the bed
