We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff are incredible and honestly from the moment we arrived, John made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with was outstanding in their hospitality and this paired with the decor of the room, the stocked and complementary mini bar, snacks and sweets in reception, the comfortable beds and also the room service, we had an exceptional stay. The literal only thing we didn’t like was there was a bit of a strange smell in the bathroom, that smelled like something wrong with the pipes. It wasn’t always there but when it was it was not pleasant. It didn’t ruin our experience at all though!

The room was beautiful, a glass of champagne on arrival. Also love the pool and rooftop bar. One member of staff at reception wasn’t so friendly.

Amazing staff and delicous breakfast. Best Frint Desk experience with Andreea and Simona. They have a wonderful Sky Bar and a Pool on the rooftop. We had some Sangria and I want to say that Francesco and Santiago where amazing. We were on a business trip but it was super amazing and I can recommand to everyone who visits Valencia to go and stay as it is a real home away from home experience. Housekeeping needs a bit more consistency in room standard but it was clean.

The staff was fantastic, especially Juan Carlos, who greeted me by name every time I returned to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the view was charming. I enjoyed a beverage on the rooftop terrace on multiple days. Because of the unusual heat wave, the room could be uncomfortably hot during the day unless there was a decent breeze blowing through the windows and at night. A ceiling fan would have made it more comfortable.

although my room was close to the elevator, it was very quiet. The room was clean and the A/C working well, so I could finally relax and enjoy a good night of sleep (while outside the temperatures were climbing to 35 degrees during the day). Very convenient location for the conference I was attending, but also not too far away from the city centre, which can be reached by foot (it's a nice walk as well) absolutely nothing!
