Clean hotel rooms and daily room service with change of towels without the need to ask. Not very close to the main attraction, you need to take bus/metro to almost every place. Bus stop and metro very close to the hotel entrance. Very expensive breakfast (19eur per person) and also bit noisy in the early mornings.

Good price considering the season. The hotel is next to the station. Old facility, it could use some upgrade.

The hotel location was relatively good for the price (close to metro station). Room matched the photos, although the fittings were a bit worn out (creaky doors, missing grout in the bathroom, not so well soundproofed walls, slow elevators). The room in general and bed linens were very, very clean. Bed was very comfortable for me (and wide in my opinion). Air conditioning worked very well and was easily adjustable. The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of products. Both the restaurant area and the lobby were nicely and elegantly decorated. I also really appreciated the cold water provided every afternoon in the lobby near the elevators—since the climate was hot and there was no fridge in the room, this was an excellent idea. No problems with luggage stotage after check out. Very nice and helpful service (both at the reception, cleaning ladies and in the breakfast room). creaky doors in my room, missing grout in the bathroom, paper-thin walls between rooms/floors; slow elevators - there are minor details (however should not happen in 4-star hotel), but in general my opinion is positive and I am rather satisfied with the stay.

The staff was very friendly. Location was perfect for as because in the morning we went to Bioparc Valencia The hotel is big, so sometimes you need to wait for the elevator to come to the 0 floor.
-
The hotel is placed across the street of a mall so you can find anything you want (eating, shop, etc). It also offers buffet or a la carte restaurant if you do not want to get out. The rooms are clean and cleaning is done every day . Bed and room facilities are what you need. The breakfast variety was more than ok. Tip: be sure to remove card from power plug when leaving the room as it is a sign for cleaning leady to come in. Hotel offers parking (no problem to find an empty spot) which is a little expensive 18 eur/day.

The hotel has a great location, close to Turia Gardens and within easy reach of the city centre. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a convenient base for exploring Valencia. The food could be improved, as there was not much variety and I did not find it particularly enjoyable. The rooms do not have a refrigerator, which would have been very useful, especially during a longer stay. The walls are also quite thin, so noise from the neighbouring rooms can be heard very easily. I also think the rooms would benefit from renovation and some modernisation. Another thing I found inconvenient was that you had to specifically ask the housekeeping staff if you wanted your towels changed every day.

The location is fantastic. Close to the city center and park Turia. We really loved it. The room was good, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great, lots of options and fresh food. The staff was amazing as well. Lovely stay. Would highly recommend. Nothing.

No fridge in the room. Too expensive parking

They cater for our dietary requirements. Laura C and the team were exceptional. Could have a smart TV

Very clean, very welcoming. Good breakfast A bit noisy if you want a good night’s sleep

Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and the hotel is near to the subway and the mall, which is very convenient. The AC in the room wasn’t the best.
-
Breakfast was excellent. Air conditioning was simple to use. Balcony was pleasant. Gastrobar food was not of a high standard.
-
A 4 star hotel with 5 star service. I don’t speak a word of Spanish, yet this staff was so helpful. They functioned as great guides for the city and absolutely made our trip more memorable. The elevators are very cramped, slow and warm.

We had a lovely stay at the Turia Hotel. The staff were very helpful and did all they could to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a huge selection of food to cover everyones tastes.

Very good breakfast and possibility to leave luggage for free before checkin and after checkout It is outdated, very poor noise isolation, there was terrace outside of our window so we had to keep the curtains closed in case someone was outside, no fridge, parking costed 18€ extra.
