Rooftop pool is great, although can get quite crowded. There was absolutely no coordination with the rooftop restaurant staff for the eclipse event organized on the premise. This left guests in doubt about access to facility (on the day of!) to see the eclipse, which is the main reason for booking accommodation 5 months in advance. Please do better for next eclipse : )

It was reasonable for the money. The pool was a bit dirty and tired. The location is a bit out from where we would like to be. The elevators were broken. The aircon was broken in our room. The room was small - even though a sofabed room.

Nice roof top bar and comfy bed. Water fountain Pool was small and crowded with not enough beds available. Our room was very small and could barely fit two suitcases in or walk around the bed.

Location and breakfast and roof area The only thing that could be better is the air conditioning in lobby area and corridors , it was to warm in this area during our stay

Couldn’t say apart from the black out curtain & close proximity to metro 1. The hotel is right next to a massive bin collection that you can smell through the window 2. The hotel is located in a v busy road and it’s extremely noisy 3. None of the lifts work 4. The room was rather dirty 5. We had to change rooms as it did smell funny 6. The pool was tiny

Located fairly convenient for taxi hailing, but walking to the premises during the summer day was a challenge since the hotel is a standalone building with no tree or shade for blocks in sight. Renovated building, nice design, mostly new appliances. Comfy beds. Amazing air conditioning (except the lifts)! Cleanliness could have been better. Bedsheets had staining on them, cups were never cleaned - there were breadcrumbs and lip stains.. The bloody door stopper was broken and the screw it was supposed to be held with got exposed. It is a horrible feeling to step on it in the middle of the night. Only by sheer miracle I didn’t get hurt. Shower barely drained so we had to deal with the flooding or take the quickest showers in our lives

Hotel is very clean, near the tube station and near a shopping mall/grocery shop, which is very convenient for buying snacks and moving around the city. They also held my bags and let me have access to the toilets until i was able to actually check in. Not sure if this is the hotel’s fault of some issue on the streets, but that block smells really badly!! Other than that the stay was nice!

Roof top pool was wonderful. Great for kids. We came to Valencia for the Eclipse. There was an event organized that we never knew about. We would have considered participating had we received more information.

Location. Close to bus stops that take you to the old town/ main city. A 20 min drive from the airport. Bed and pillows are very comfortable The daily cleaning of the room fell below standards on two occasions during my 7 day stay. Despite being away in the pool for 5 hours (one of the days) I came back to find my room wasn’t cleaned. I had a cleaner wanting to come in while getting ready to head out. I have asked nicely for her to come back after an hour. Only to find my room at 10 pm uncleaned with the trash can full. I went down to the reception to solve the issue and while I had the trash removed, it has happened again during my stay where the trash wasn’t emptied. I would say that the cleaning is very inconsistent and staff don’t greet you. The same man was there at reception when I checked out and he clearly spoke to his colleague in Spanish with the intention to talk about me as I could tell the word he used. I didnt think this was professional. When I came down that night having discovered my room wasn’t cleaned, I was to the point and was respectful towards staff. I felt disrespected. He also never asked how I found my overall stay. No help was offered during check in and check out for my luggages.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Good location The swimming pool is just too small for so many people in summer time. Was dirty.
