interior of the facility, lobby, bar, rooftop Quality of food at the rooftop cafe. That clearly did not match the pricing. Pool was missing towels that were not delivered upon request - waited for 30 minutes

Pool was amazing and so was the AC Front desk staff was wonderful but waitstaff were not very friendly. On my last day there, the bar was opened late and 20 minutes after open I went to order a drink at the bar and the waitress shooed me away angrily.

Firstly the bed was very comfy, and the room more spacious than expected. I liked the environmental view- choosing to skip daily housekeeping and only have as needed- but this has been valued with a drinks token each day per person for the bar downstairs All areas were immaculate, staff professional and friendly. The location was great for us too! Honestly, it was all great
