The location was very good. The little terrace was good but the tables could have been cleaner. We were not treated very welcoming by the front desk person. We were never informed about breakfast being an option. We could not turn on the AC and there was no one at the front desk and we called the two telephone numbers on their website which gave us an error message.

Amazing location and the room was overall very nice and enjoyable to stay in! part of the floor was a little damaged near the bathroom (seemingly from water?) but was no real issue! The only thing I think could have been better is if you could do an online check in rather than the digital kiosk at the hotel that way you don’t have to stand in the lobby and scan passports. Once again no real complaints :)!

It’s location All the graffiti outside the window. Access to a fridge would have been nice.

Cozy room sent me an email with the address, which turned out to be non existent. When I finally arrived and tried to chec, I could not because the hotel believed two persons were checking in. When I finally got registered and got the room, it was dingy, not well well lit. There was no window. The walls were so then, I could hear someone snoring loudly in an adjacent room. To top it off, the next morning I learned that the toilet was leaking. When I called the hotel, they said they would send someone over immediately. I waited for over an hour, no one came. When I called again, they said they would give me another room, but not until the next day ( I was only there for 3 days). This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had traveling internationally (and ive done a fair amount).

Thin walls meant you could hear a lot of background noise from other rooms. Eg toilets being flushed, people using showers, doors shutting.

The noise.

The location of this property is everything, you don’t need to take a cab to anything because it’s in the middle of everything. I wish there’s a bit more to the room like a kettle or microwave. They were not kidding when they said Cosy as well lol. It’s a small small room but it’s nice nevertheless

Extreamly loudly. You could here every one în the hotel. When somebody opened the door, it felt like opening our door.

So I've stayed here two different times. What it has going for it is that it's a great location in the old city that is near the market. The air conditioning was strong, which matters because it can get hot in the summer, although the cleaning staff came in after one day and changed something and I was never able to get the air conditioning back to where it was before. If you come by taxi, usually they can only get so close to the hotel and then point you in the direction. There is a self check-in. The actual staff is in another building that is over by the cathedral about a 5-minute walk away. Both times that I've stayed here the self check-in didn't work and I had to then leave and go to the other building to check-in. The very randy couple next door apparently didn't get a chance to see much of the city and really didn't care who could hear them. There's no staff around, so who do you raise these issues to?

Located in the center of the old town close to eating joints and other facilities. Clean room. Despite the checkin time being 3pm we were allotted the room at 4pm because of which we could travel for most part of the day. There was no kettle in the room to heat water for drinking.
