You couldn’t turn the AC below 22 degrees C, the tv was in the way of the bathroom door, so we had to keep adjusting the tv and the bathroom door, and there wasn’t any conditioner. They did store luggage, but at your own risk as it wasn’t in a locked protected area.

Excellent location, kind helpful staff, comfortable bed. The listing stated there are coffee machines and refrigerators in the room. After we had booked and arrived (with perishables to put in the refrigerator), we were informed those are "only in the deluxe rooms", so we did not have coffee in our room, and had to look for it at local businesses/cafes after they opened in the morning.

- Amazing central location - clean, modern rooms - large TV with netflix and all other apps - great value considering the location - friendly staff - rooms are small and very basic, no counter space or places to hang towels, but still had everything we needed for a short stay

Well-maintained, with a big comfortable bed. High ceiling added some feeling of spaciousness. Located in a lively part of the old city, close to cathedral and other attractions. It is accurately named “Cosy”.

Very good location as it was right in the centre of Valencia, yet on a quiet back lane. Room was small but comfortable and clean. This was the only hotel in a month of bike travel in Spain that would not provide a safe place to keep our bikes. They did, however, direct us to a public parking garage, which worked out OK.

Room 402 was just amazingly beautiful and it was hard to actually leave it. Superb location and great value for money. Super late check out options. Housekeeping very friendly and helpful. Leaving it.
