Room 17 that we were put in smells horribly. The sewage smells was coming into the apartment through the bathroom. The bathroom sink was clogged and unusable. It was an unpleasant and unhealthy situation. I got a headache after staying in there for a few hours. I neded medication to get through it. Stayed out late for as long as I could. I asked for a room change or for a refund to find another accommodation. Both were not given. I went to look at past reviews and realized this is an ongoing issue for this hotel, and yet not fixed. When I pointed out the smell, they first acted like it was unknown to them. But they sent someone to try and mask the smell by pouring some products down the drain. It did not work. We were willing to walk away from it all and get another accommodation. Unfortunately all the surrounding hotels were fully booked because of a sporting event. We gave up and stayed since it was only for one night. We had to open the windows and turn on the fan to improve the air quality. The staff was initially welcoming when we checked in, but became unfriendly and unresponsive on WhatsApp after we indicated the product did not mask the smell. If this was the US, the hotel will be shutdown until issues fixed. I learned my lesson the hard way. I will stick to staying in Hotels with a reception and staff going forward to reduce the chances of this happening to me again.

The location was amazing! Being right in the center of town made it easy to get around. Restaurants right at your doorstep! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The washing machine wasn't working.

The unit is centrally located in the old town and is is comfortable. First, I want to ensure that future runners who come to Valencia for the marathon are made aware that this is not a good place to stay. Although comfortable, its location makes a good night sleep impossible. Located on the first floor next to a noisy restaurant guarantees noises until 3am. People walking and talking, restaurants cleaning and taking trash out at 2am. Also, the kitchen table rocked making it impossible to work on a laptop, there was warm but no hot water, and the shower head is positioned just perfect for a 10 year old child. Also, the unit is dark with very little light, esp. at night. The price asked for this experience was outrageous and clearly taking advantage of the race and holiday weekend. The fact that the word luxury is used to advertise this place is questionable. Given my experience I can not recommend it.

Bathroom smells really bad

The WIFI does not work very well. The TV is not a smart TV and only has local Spanish channels. Due to the WiFi not being very strong, we were not able to use the fire stick which we purchased to be able to watch Netflix.

The location was perfect! Valencia is a beautiful place and the room was very centrally located for much of what we wanted to see.

The whole process was excellent - using WhatsApp to arrange collection of the keys worked really well and the coordinates given for location the property were spot on. The damage deposit should be mentioned on Booking.com before the booking is confirmed in my opinion

The floors were filthy, like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, let alone before our stay. The bathroom had a pervasive, unpleasant smell that was fixed on our second day by the staff, but slowly came back on its own. The step in the middle of the hallway became a tripping hazard at night (could be solved with a nightlight in the hallway).

Good location I mean close to historical city center. Within walking distance to metro, some close bus stops also. The staff was friendly and helpfull, quick checkin. Very-very noisy! We double checked the windows are they closed or not because every noise from the street came into easily. So the windows are not good for noise reduction. A close restaurant is moving the garbage containers very late so you will wake up for that terrible noise also. The bed on one side is lower than the other side, you feel you sleep in a valley… so not comfortable. For these uncomfortable issues we felt the appartement is overpriced, we paid more than 500€ per 3 nights, for not sleeping well..!
