The bed was super comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, they gave us umbrellas and beach towels and a bottle of cava for my husband's birthday. There was very little counter space, room for bags, or space in the fridge.

As other reviewers mentioned, the amenities were plentiful. We definitely appreciated that! The breakfast was good, a reasonable hotel breakfast. The workout space is on the roof patio on the top floor, which is fun, but note that this makes it largely unusable during the summer heat (especially since it is closed 10pm - 7am). The room description was quite accurate so there were no surprises there. I appreciated the staff, and the quality of the communication. The messages suggesting parking lots, for example, were quite helpful and appreciated.

Spacious room with plenty of facilities including kettle, steamer, hairdryer and straighteners, mini bar etc. The welcome was friendly and helpful. Communication prior and during the stay was exceptional. Good security with a key card to open the door at night. The location is fantastic for exploring the city. We did not have breakfast but it looks great and lots of people.do options for this. Nothing.

Fantastic staff and location. Clean areas, good elevators. Thick walls. Good AC. King pillows were too long and too thick for sleeping. One non-decaf coffee capsule a day is too few for two adults. Shower design was not good for leaking.

Xabier was so helpful and kind. He should run his own hotel and not be tied to such bad management. The way we were treated by management, and during checkout.

Perfect location right in the centre of Valencia. Lovely staff and choice of breakfast. Gym area is tiny but has good equipment, enough space for one person to work out at a time. Absolutely disgusting smell filling the room each day from the aircon unit. Had to ask daily for some air freshener to mask the smell.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cosmo. The service from the reception staff was exceptional, and the room was beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provided straighteners and hairdryer plus complimentary toiletries, as well as free use of beach towels and parasol umbrella. The location of the hotel is also great - you could not be more central to all that Valencia has to offer, and we had no issues with noise. The air conditioning was also very powerful which was much needed in this recent heat wave. The room was on the smaller side but we expected this from such a central location.
