Great location and helpful staff Nothing to dislike

The room was spacious and nicely furnished and comfortable for two adults and a child. The rooftop pool was a real bonus. Our room was also ready half an hour before official check in which was great after a long journey. Slight floor issue outside the bathroom where the wooden floorboards have raised due to water egress. We were assured multiple times that the reception desk was manned 24 hours, however when we returned at around 11 pm on the second night (Sunday 9th August) the glass door was locked and the (visible) reception desk inside was entirely vacant. There was no remote way to open the door (no electronic opening) and this was far from ideal with a 7 year old who needed the toilet. We knocked, called and telephoned multiple times with no response. Eventually after about ten minutes we managed to gain access via the neighbouring (unrelated) restaurant. Still no-one came to the front desk. I appreciate that emergencies happen, but if they had simply taken the time to fix a note to the door with a return time or advised that access could be gained via the restaurant it would have saved us a lot of bother and ensured I left an entirely positive review.

The room was a good size, the location was great, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. The Exit light in the room was too bright-it made the room too light when trying to sleep. Given the size of the room it seemed superfluous to have an Exit light. There is only one way out of the room, the room is not so large that the way out can’t be found and it disturbs sleep.

Roof top pool was a blessing in the blistering heat of Valencia Nothing!

We had been upgraded when we got to the hotel but unfortunately the air con didn't seem to work. We went out for the day and on the return was given another room which was another upgrade. The guys on the front desk were amazing dealing with this but also giving us recommendations on restaurants and what tourist attractions to go to and how to get there. Breakfast was great and fresh. Location was so central but still a quiet street

Everything!!! The location was fantastic, there’s a lovely restaurant right around the corner (I forgot what it’s called) and only a 5 minute walk to Atena rooftop bar which I also recommend booking if you’re visiting Valencia! The staff were friendly, the showers were lovely and our rooms were great, house keeping also very good and made our rooms look lovely each day. The roof top at the hotel was our fave place for selfies and was lovely to hang out there during the day. There’s also a supermarket next door to the hotel which was great!!! There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

Great location, breakfast was fair. Booked a twin room, turned up to a double room, requested twice for a twin upon booking, nothing could be done on arrival. Very poor. Floor was coming up in the bedroom next to the glass shower. Horrible smell in the hallway!

Bedroom was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Very unfriendly staff at breakfast. Food was nothing special for the price we paid. Also the breakfast area is quite dark and the vibe was very awkward with a completely silent room. A little background music was desperately needed.

Within walking distance of many of the sights of Valencia The room was dark, there was no privacy in the balcony area. This would have benefited from some clear dividers. The breakfast room was very enclosed and there were no staff to assist. The selection of breakfast foods was also limited.
